I am a planner myself and I know the importance in having a planner for most events big or small. I purchased the middle contract that includes most services covered by Jo and under her guidance and support throughout the planning of my wedding. 1. Jo never answered a phone call or returned one phone call. 2. When I sent Jo an email it would take several days if not weeks before I received a response. 3. I scheduled 2 appointments. 1 at her office space, for which I sent messages by text, email and phone call verifying if we were having the appointment still, with no response, then waiting 30 minutes past the appointment at the office space I finally decided to leave. Then after leaving I get a phone call that she is not going to make the appointment. The second appointment scheduled months in advance, I get told an hour before that she isn't going to make it. She rescheduled for three hours later 3pm then after I leave, mind you the location is 1.5 hours away from both me and her. Then I receive a message around 2pm she can't make it and we have to reschedule. at this point I was no longer interested in her poor services. I sent her an email firing her from being my planner then within a matter of seconds I receive a cancellation letter. Of course only stating that I will be receiving 50% of my payment for her poor to almost no service and that I would receive it 30 days after the date of the letter. 3. It is now over 30 days and 30 business days from 10 July and to this day I have yet to receive any of the 50% of the payment I have given Jo. DO NOT HIRE THIS LADY OR ANYONE THAT WORKS FOR HER! I DO NOT LIE AND HAVE NO REASON TO START TODAY.. I OWE NOTHING TO NO ONE WHO READS THIS AND HAVE NO REASON TO FALSIFY INFORMATION.

When I found out she also had a floral service my daughter and I met with her to choose flowers for the wedding. She showed us a photo of a beautiful bridal bouquet. My daughter immediately fell in love with it so we ordered it. She also showed us a photo of a beautiful, full, bridesmaid bouquet of which I ordered four (no picture of that). She said that she would include the bride's "toss" bouquet. I told the wedding planner on many occasions how important it was that the bridal bouquet was correct. I even sent her a picture of it. I had a bad feeling about the flowers and should have trusted my gut. About three or four days before the wedding I called Jo. Her voicemail was full so I couldn't leave a message. I emailed her and asked her to call me so we could discuss the flowers because she was the one who was making the bouquets and arrangements. She did not call me but instead called the wedding planner and asked why I was trying to reach her. The wedding planner assured me that all the flowers would be exactly what I ordered. The wedding planner arrived with the flowers around 2:00-2:15 PM on the wedding day. When the wedding planner's assistant brought the bouquets to us for the photo session, I nearly had a heart attack, and the look on my daughter's face is something I will never forget. None of the bouquets were what I ordered. The bridal bouquet did not even remotely resemble the one I ordered. I have pictures of the order and of the flowers ordered and delivered, but unfortunately am unable to post them on this website. Neither yellow roses nor long-stemmed, unbloomed flowers, were on the order yet that's what was in the bouquet. When she picked up the bouquet some of the flowers starting falling out and onto the floor. The bridesmaid's bouquets were pathetic, consisting of only four or five flowers and some baby's breath. They looked nothing like the picture that she showed us. There was also no "toss" bouquet included. I was furious and called the wedding planner and let her know. However, there was nothing that I could do at that point. There were a few extra flowers that were sent and the wedding planner put together a small "toss" bouquet. After the wedding, and after I returned from a short out-of-town trip, I emailed Jo and told her that she screwed up the bouquets and did not include the "toss" bouquet like she promised. I told her she should make it right by refunding me for the bouquets since she did not deliver what I ordered and paid for. Basically her response (via email) was that I got what I ordered and since there was no "toss" bouquet on the order form, I didn't order it so I didn't get it. It wasn't on the order because she failed to put it on. I would have gladly paid for it but she said she would include it. She refused to acknowledge that she made any mistakes or offer an apology. She has deceptive business practices and refuses to admit her mistakes and right her wrongs. She has no regard for her customers or their satisfaction. Don't be fooled by her friendly demeanor. Do not subject yourself to her lies and deceit. Save yourself the headache, heartache, and stress and DO NOT USE No. 1 Wedding Planner for any of your wedding services.

They are very friendly and efficient. I was worried that all of that stuff wasn't going to fit in my Lexus RX 350 so we brought my other SUV which is the same size and the rep assured me one car was enough and plenty big and sure enough he got everything nice and neat in there with room to spare. I also like the fact that the return date is on a Monday vs a Sunday. Will definitely use them again in the future.

During our meeting I realized she could actually save me money if I hired her as my full wedding planner. Angela has great relations with vendors all over town; she paid for her services with the savings on the first few vendors. Even if Angela didn't know a vendor, that didn't mean that she wasn't going to reach out to them and negotiate for me. The thing that I liked most about Angela was that she responded almost immediately when I text, emailed, or called; this is a quality that very few vendors in this industry share! She is extremely detail oriented and knows how to stay on task. Angela was able to keep us on time the entire day of our event. She setup the reception and ceremony venues, dealt with all the vendors, and still made sure we weren't late for pictures. My family is a bit of a handful, that may be a slightly under embellished statement, and Angela saw the wrath of them. She handled herself with great class and personal restraint and kept doing her job keeping us on track and everything running smoothly. She stopped what she was doing to fix my dress so I didn't fall on my face in our first dance, and she stayed with us the entire night to pack up everything neatly for me. I cannot begin to rave enough praises about Angela. This is an easy choice ladies, I am as detail oriented and some might say anal as people get, and I could not have been happier with anyone else to help plan my wedding. I would/will recommend Angela to anyone planning a wedding or any event that they want to run smoothly and not have to worry themselves all about the details.

Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional from start to finish. The owner, Michelle, spoke disrespectfully not only to members of my bridal party, but also to members of my vendor team, Disney coordinators, and even members of her own staff. I was later informed by several individuals that her communication style toward her own team was often condescending and demeaning. It took some time for these concerns to fully come to my attention because many people intentionally chose not to burden me with the stress while I was enjoying newlywed marital bliss. On top of that, multiple personal items of mine were misplaced, and several items included in my BEO were completely missed because their checklist was not properly completed or verified. These were important details that should have been carefully managed, especially for such a significant event. What was even more upsetting was the way concerns were handled afterward. Rather than taking accountability or working toward a professional resolution, the response from the owner was to silence me by removing me from the Facebook group she claims to own. It became very clear that when someone raises concerns or speaks negatively about her services, they are simply removed instead of being heard. A wedding vendor should bring professionalism, accountability, and support during one of the most important moments of your life. Sadly, that was not my experience here. I highly recommend future brides and couples do extensive research before hiring this company.
