Rented 3 tables and 24 chairs with their weekend special and did not need a reservation to do so. We showed up at about 1:30pm on a Friday and apparently that is their busy time but we were in and out within 10-15 minutes. They are very friendly and efficient. I was worried that all of that stuff wasn't going to fit in my Lexus RX 350 so we brought my other SUV which is the same size and the rep assured me one car was enough and plenty big and sure enough he got everything nice and neat in there with room to spare. We Rented chairs for our thanksgiving party. My wife misread the paper and I didn't pick the chairs up on the correct day. When I called the business they were understanding and allowed me to pick them up "late". When I arrived they were fast and friendly, they even did all the loading for me. I was in and out with in 5 mins tops. When I went to drop the chairs off it was the same quick service. I pulled up and they unloaded all the chairs. With in a matter of minutes I was back on the road again. As for the chairs, they were just what we needed. Nothing fancy and nothing to cheap. The price was great and we had no issue with people 225lbs sitting in them. Over all it was a great experience and I will recommend they to other people. read more

There employees was friendly , courteous and quickly to put up the tent. I decide on purchasing the special combo tent package. I got the 10 x 30 size tent, came with 3-round tables , 1-banquet table , 1 lights set and 24 chairs. I was expecting ok looking tent set up but what was delivered exceeded all expectations. The tent I got was beautiful with nice looking windows. It look almost new. This wonderful company does it all. Set it up and breaks it down. The cost of all this was very reasonable and worth every dollar. I was having a birthday party for my son and came to realize the day before that we had forgotten about chairs. I called orlando party rentals (aka backyard party rentals), left a voicemail, and the owner called me back within minutes saying that it would not be a problem to accommodate my request for chairs on such last minute notice. When we arrived on the morning of the party, the staff and owner were friendly and extremely courteous, even offering my toddler a Popsicle. Let me start by saying that I'm giving Backyard Party Rentals 1 star, because I cannot give it zero without not rating it. My friend and I were planning a Baby Shower for a friend of ours. I called to check to see if they had a Baby Shower Chair available for the dates that we needed. My friend called and ordered the chair and paid for it in full in advance. When she ordered it, she specifically asked the gentleman if the Chair would fit in her vehicle. She was told that it would with no problem. So far so good. Here is where it gets sketchy. My friend arrives at their facility to pick up the chair to find that the chair does not fit in her vehicle. The owner tells my friend that her vehicle needs to be modified in order for the chair to fit in her car. I followed up with them to find out what was the issue. The owner was completely rude and unaccommodating. We even offered to pay extra to deliver the chair and we were refused. I pointed out that the dimensions of the chair were not at any point listed on the website and instead went on the word of the employees there that their chair would fit fine in a Range Rover. I was treated very rudely on the phone and was told that it was my problem that the chair couldn't fit in my friends vehicle without any resolution to trying to create a win/win outcome for their business and the customer. Very poor customer service. Very rude and unprofessional. Would never do business with again nor would I recommend to anyone looking for any type of Party Supply. read more
