We moved forward and scheduled the job, but after the old gutters were removed, the work was delayed due to rain. Unfortunately, the delay left my home exposed, and the crew didn't return for days. When they finally did, they failed to properly seal the seams at the ends of the gutters, and the debris from the job was left in my yard for over a week before anyone came to pick it up. During this time, I was also dealing with a deeply personal situation--my father was battling brain cancer. Despite that, there was no urgency or empathy from the owner, Jimmy, to finish the work or communicate clearly. Now, nearly a year later, I'm dealing with a leak in my family room ceiling where a new gutter was installed. The seam of one gutter is still leaking, and two gutter guards flew off during a storm. I've repeatedly asked for a final invoice, which Jimmy has avoided sending, offering only excuses. I've called numerous times, unable to leave a message because the voicemail box is full, and my texts have gone unanswered. I would not trust this business for anything. The lack of communication, poor documentation, absence of follow-through, and total disregard for customer service make this a company I absolutely cannot recommend.

I understand our job may have been too small for EZ Exteriors to worry about, but it is very bad form not to inform the customer. Claims he has materials he doesn't and claims he had to special order things and won't provide receipts when asked. The store says other wise that things were in fact not ordered and what materials he did drop off are incorrect and are in stock in the store. He offered a refund, we will see if we get that. We have been down to studs since beginning of September. Oh and he punctured a hole through a wall and didn't fix it. It has been a nightmare trying to get the correct materials or a refund so we can part ways with him. We will see if we get the refund he said he would give, if not we will be taking him to court for compensation.
