Another HVAC company quoted them an exorbitant price for a new boiler and wouldn't even consider the boiler they had. I called K & K and they came out the next day, inspected the existing piping and evaluated the setup. The following day they returned with the needed materials, installed the used boiler and had the whole system back up and running by afternoon. And their quote was quite reasonable. You get what you pay for it was expensive, but at what cost if pipes froze, it's all about service I felt it was fair.
