Renter went on a swearing tirade, and physically assaulted, then spit in tech's face. 911 was called. Renter was arrested for assault, and battery, and had to pay $550 .00 for court costs, and restitution for damaging tech's equipment. Renter was evicted, and moved back to Chicago where her personality fit in a little better. Land lord stated that the renter had physically assaulted her boyfriend on many previous occasions.

I called the store and spoke with a female manager who told me the item I wanted was not available to her. I could not get an answer as to why I was not notified so that I could make my purchase elsewhere. I contacted the firm that manufactures the item I received and was told that the item I wanted was available and that the store had given me inaccurate information. When I called the store back to advise them, they seemed like my needs were too much trouble and told me to bring the item back for a refund. Of course, I could not wait because everything was torn up and ready for the install. I ended up keeping the item without a price adjustment or an apology. .

He was so lost that he had to "you tube" how to get access to problem area. Finally he said he would order the damaged part, after two weeks of no response, I called them. They never got back to me. DTE called them, they never got back to them. This went on for a total of 8 calls with no call back on status. Finally, I had to get DTE to authorize another company to come out and repair my refrigerator. They found and fixed the problem. Hometown totally misdiagnosed the issue. Hometown was a total waste of time.
