We were very impressed with Jeremy, and satisfied with the installation experience - the crew was respectful of our property and the work was completed in a timely manner. Had it ended there I would be writing a 5-star review. Two weeks later we discovered an issue with 2 gutter configurations (see video) and contacted Jeremy. Long story short - after reaching out 6 times in a span of 4 months, we paid to have another contractor fix the issues. Very disappointing. I don't take any pleasure in burning a bridge, it's a last resort -- but a 1-star review is warranted. Take note -- work may be subcontracted out, one crew's activity in my neighborhood was completely inappropriate (owner was not home). I'll just leave it there. I currently have a significant roof leak in my home which recently led to substantial--10 or more…read moregallons--of water penetration into my guest bedrrom. I work in property management and know all too well how difficult and frustrating it can be to identify the cause/source of a leak. I have spoken with several folks in their office over the past couple days, including the office manager and multiple technicians. Today one of the techinicans--Tucker--visited the property twice, including once with the owner of the company, to help me identify both obvious and easy to overlook, areas of concern that would otherwise be very hard to detect. Meeting with Tucker and Luke today made me feel much more at ease. I'm very confident that if something unexpected comes up before the permanent repairs occur, they'll be on top of it. I can't tell you how impressed I have been over the past couple days with their communication/responsiveness, attention to my issue, respect for my home, and their overall service, including making temporary repairs until the permanent repairs can take place next week. If I call or text them, they either answer the phone or return my message within 10-15 minutes. I'm sure this a small job for them in terms of profit, but it's a big deal to me, and they have treated it that way, and I am very thankful for that.

It's a rather large room with vaulted ceilings so I was a bit worried that they wouldn't be able to finish it all that day. I met with Nathan, the owner, in early September to get a price quote and ask him about recaulking some trim in the vaulted ceiling. He typed up the quote that day at our house and emailed it to me immediately. Five Star was not the most inexpensive quote we received. In fact they were on the higher end - but you get what you pay for with them! Working with Five Star was easy, throughout the entire process. Sergio (our painter) showed up on time (early actually) and stayed a little late to ensure the job was finished in time for us to move in the next day. He did an impeccable job with the painting and was polite and professional to boot! Working with Nathan and Five Star was a breeze! They made everything easy, sent documents electronically, and followed up after the painting was done to ensure everything looked good. One small spot of caulking was missed on our ceiling and Sergio stopped by Monday morning to ensure it was fixed. He even repaired a couple dings the movers had left in the ceiling of our stairwell. I will definitely hire Five Star for future painting needs. If you do the same, ask for Sergio! He did a great job for us!

Subbing out the work to an "unprofessional" out of state crew that only wanted to finish quickly....and used the wrong paint to do trim work. Oh, and the site supervisor, had no idea what he was doing! Never kept in contact with me and my wife until the work was "supposably" completed and we pointed out all the "ERRORS" at walk thru. Second time...still major issues that wasn't completed! Sorry, not giving them a 3rd time as this "painting" crew was unprofessional and nothing but a bunch of morons!
