Unfortunately, the General Manager, Adam Cox, was offended when my spouse asked for clarification on the bid. He, told us to find another contractor, essentially firing us as clients after $40-$50K of work, including showing the work to potential clients and giving referrals. Walt and his team did very nice work, but the GM's attitude is unacceptable. He has forgotten an important rule of business: it is much easier to keep an existing customer than find a new one.
