Don't go here to get your car. They will sell you a car any kind of way and don't care. They're just getting those cars pretty to sell and that's it. Once you get it all the problems come. Bought a car from them and needed a new battery days letter. Just found out my manual key wasn't even cut! This man say it don't take no two years to know if the key cut right! If I just told you this was my first new car, they took advantage of me because of my lack of knowledge. I thought I was getting a professional dealership, but they're not. It's not until I bought a new car from another established dealership when I saw they handled me any kind of way! The man who sold me the car never showed me the key but said it's there and my keyless entry always worked. I never needed to remove it from the slot until recently when I needed it! And just my luck the Kenner location is closed down where I got the car from. So who will be held accountable no one and I have to spend my money to get the manual key carved! Go somewhere else the amount of money you gone put in the car can be a down payment for something new! read more

My Son bought a truck with a warranty from value motors and the check engine light was on. They told him it was a sensor and reset it and told him if it comes back on to wait 30 days before bringing it to a mechanic. So that's what he did. He dropped it off at dodge after 30 days and after 2 weeks of diagnostics, the motor needs to be rebuilt. The warranty they sold him does not cover a good bit of the repairs. They want him to come up with 1500.00 to have the block machined for new cylinders. Come to find out, value motors have a 30 day warranty and this is the reason they told him to wait 30 days before bringing it to a shop. They knew the truck was bad and saw a 19yr kid that has a job and was looking to buy his 1st truck. It's pretty sickening that someone would take advantage of a good kid trying to do right in life. Stay away from this place. We are currently working with an attorney on this issue. read more

If I could rate this unprofessional business zero stars, it would receive zero. Don't trust this company with your business. They have taken advantage of a 19 year old buying his first vehicle. The dealership informed us the vehicle we were purchasing had been in zero wrecks when in fact we are now learning it has been in three and in one case the air bags deployed. They are not trustworthy and when buying a used vehicle, there are many places that won't endanger a kid the way this one did. read more

I recently bought my 2nd car from here. I had an amazing experience the first time I bought a car here and even a better experience the 2nd time. Junior worked with me patiently and he guided me step by step through the whole process. I had a lot of questions and Junior was patient with answering every single question I had. They work with everyone regardless of how bad your credit score is. I'm very satisfied with the Honda Accord that I just bought. They have all kinds of makes and models. Update: The car died on me. Thankfully my kids weren't in the car. Towed it to the repair shop. The engine is shot and the warranty company is giving us some issues. Be mindful when you purchase a vehicle from here. Get it checked out and don't listen to them when they say the vehicle was checked out by their mechanic and is in good condition. read more

We had just moved to Louisiana about two weeks ago and I was in need of a car to get to and from work. My credit took a hit in the last few years, but Darren and the team was able to get me financed for a great vehicle. The best part was, we had just stopped by to check out their inventory while we were on our way to visit my in laws. We were on a time crunch and live 4hrs away. We weren't able to drive off the lot with the car because of our time crunch BUT they delivered it to our home when everything was finalized. I highly recommend Value Motors. They weren't pushy by any means. They were straight up with expectations, and the process was stress free! read more

Do Not buy anything from Value Motors on the West Bank. David Lee is the biggest liar n scammer there is. He told me I couldnt test drive the vehicle until approved for the loan. Lied about the model it was n how many miles it really had then he refused to give us the contract after we signed it!!! I repeatedly asked for my copy for 3 weeks before he emailed it to me n he only did that because I told him I was gonna call the finance company to report him. Once I got the contract they had an arbitration clause in it that I did not sign but was electronically signed by him with my initials!!! He claims we signed it on his computer the day we signed the contract but the only signing I did was with an ink pen. They all lie n scam people. Not to mention once we got the car within the first hour of driving it it killed leaving me on the side the road. It needed and new battery and a new alternator and a new thermostat that also took them 3 weeks to fix. I hope they get their bad karma one day. Don't make the mistake of even entertaining them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! N the managers are never there to help resolve any issue!!! read more

However, we were misled. Hyuandi said there are no such recalls on the car. The vehicle had prior electrical damage which caused the car and functions of the car to no longer work. I ended up stranded on a highway because of it. We called the dealership the moment it happened as well as days after to remedy this situation to which we were told to take it up with warranty, it's a new issue, and that I put bad gas in the car when they haven't even seen the vehicle. We then demanded to cancel the sale as my finance company said we still had time to do so. Yet they also said that we couldn't do that either. We also asked to exchange the vehicle and was also told no to that. This dealership has done nothing but shift the blame for selling a lemon. And they are still wanting another $500 payment in a week! Turn out the motor was bad and had been failing long before we purchased the car.

Upon arrival at the dealership, the car was ready for delivery. The car was advertised and it was in excellent condition, well above my expectation. I took it for a test drive and within 30 minutes of returning, I had completed the no-hassle paperwork and proceeded to drive the car back to Virginia. Initially, I brought my car there to get a diagnostic which it was determined my car essentially needed new brakes, rooters, hubs, etc. (you name it). My car is an 07 Camry, so I understood why the fixes were necessary. The issue came came afterwards, when it was shown that I needed to have repairs to the repairs they had made after I brought my car back for timing belt issues (which they did not diagnose initially). I brought the car back to get the timing belt issue resolved because the car continued to make loud screeching noises when I accelerated. After the timing belt was fixed, my car ran ok for another week then the starter and the battery went out on the car. I brought it back here after spending $8 over the matter of a three month period- they charged me for a diagnostic and told me I needed a new battery and starter now. I felt it ridiculous to have to pay for another diagnostic after spending thousands at this location in such a short window (mind you, this was summer 2025). The police was called and I still ended up paying for the diagnostic. About a week ago, I heard the screeching sound and my wheel is starting to vibrate rapidly again as I'm breaking which indicates the timing belt is still not properly repaired. When I called them back to look at the work they did on my car considering I am having timing belt issues again, they gave me a number to call and said I could not bring my car back to them. Y'all be careful and mindful of who you allow to work on your cars, not all business believe in integrity and customer satisfaction-this car repair shop is all about getting your money. I would stay far away from them!!!!!

I had several old cars in frequent need of repair, but the chain shops always tried to upsell me on repairs I didn't need. They frequently would not repair the original problem which caused more repairs to be necessary. I found Rob (Owner) through a friend of a friend. I needed what I thought was a major repair that would cost several hundred dollars. It cost a grand total of $5. He knew he could have overcharged me, but he didn't. He used his experience as a mechanic to save me money, and earn a long time customer. In all my trips to his shop, I always left completely satisfied. If you are on the Westbank and in need of auto repair, check this place out.

Thanks to Shane and his crew they were happy to help me with a smile. The wheel didn't fit my car so I had to order the correct wheel for my car. I took the new wheel back and explained I purchased the tire last Saturday and Shane helped me. At first they said they could do it first thing in the morning. Then once the mechanic saw I just wanted to switch tire to other rim, he could do that right the. We (my husband and I) were searching for a second vehicle and after seeing the stellar reviews online, decided to try this place. From what we'd read, their inventory consisted of "newer" used cars for decent prices. February of this year, we purchased a used SUV and the process was smooth, the employees were nice and the experience was extremely pleasant. Fast forward to April (less than 3 months later) and the air conditioner stops working, in May, the converter, purge solenoid and 2 O2 sensors need to be replaced. Obviously we're upset (understatement) BUT because we're told verbatim that the warranty we purchased on the vehicle would cover EVERYTHING (the manager's EXACT words) we'd just take it to the local dealership's service department and have it repaired. No....this was not the case. The service department called us back after looking at the vehicle to inform us the warranty does NOT cover the most expensive repairs BUT does cover the sensors. The cost (out of pocket) to repair the converter, air conditioner and purge solenoid was $1230.00. I immediately contacted the dealership (they are located in Marrero, we are about an hour away) and got the runaround. Not only could I not get in touch with any of the managers, I was told I would get a call back asap from Junior, the gentleman who'd helped us initially with purchasing the vehicle. I continued to call, to no avail. My husband called the other location and spoke with Darren the finance manager, who advised us to contact the service department where the vehicle is sitting and have them fax over all info to him so that he could have "their guy" look at it and potentially provide a solution. It's been 3 weeks and we haven't heard from anyone....at all. While we fully understand warranties and loopholes, what's covered, what's not covered and all that jazz....we certainly didn't expect to come out of pocket with over $1000 for repairs on a vehicle we'd literally just purchased. Usually we buy new vehicles and this has definitely been an eye opening experience, to say the least. Never, ever again will I even pass this place on the highway.....going 90 mph. A disgrace. First, let me say that I never write reviews; however, I felt compelled to do so after the exemplary service I received from Value Motors! I was very nervous walking in, afraid my less than credit score would stop me from getting a new car. Also, I was unsure how the sales team would treat me- an older gentleman- would I be "forced" into buying a lemon? I am relieved to report my fears were relieved immediately! As soon as I stepped into Value Motors, the sales duo Wayne and Joseph welcomed me and with absolutely NO pressure showed me a wide selection of very beautiful vehicles. Once I had made a decision they, along with Mr.Mike jumped thru hoops getting my credit approved, with payments I could afford on my fixed income! I can't say how impressed I am with Value Motors! This dealership is by far the most respectful family of employees I have ever ran across after my 15 years of buying and financing vehicles. They treated me professional and as I was just as important as one of them. Immediately I could tell this place was different!! I was greeted with a warm welcome and the inventory on the lot was noticeably better than their competitors. She only drove the car for about a week and it's been in the shop ever since I do not recommend these people they're full of bull crap they just keep giving her over and around.
