So the next day i called and told them I wanted to return it and get a gas CRV and was told no i couldnt , then she said let me talk to the manager and i will call you back . When she called back she told me we can take it back but all we can give you back of your equity is 2500.00 dollars down from 12500.00 ,so i went back and got the CRV and they stole 10.000 from me , so it you do go there to buy a car, be carefull cause they will screw you if they get the chance. PS the Hybrid that i bought already had 5000 miles on it , and i might have put a hundred miles going from there to my house and back . Im done with them

I scheduled an appointment through the GMC app (as heavily promoted by GMC through sales, posters,…read moreand phone messages) for an oil change and multipoint inspection. My confirmed appointment was for 8:00 AM, and I arrived early at 7:45 AM. Upon arrival, the service advisor could not locate my appointment in the system, even after I showed her the confirmation within the app. She advised to never book an appointment online or through the app, as there are always reoccurring issues. She took my information manually and checked me in. There were no other vehicles in the pull-up area or waiting customers inside at that time. As time passed, a few others arrived and were also waiting. By 9:30 AM, an elderly couple who had been there since 8:00 AM inquired about their vehicle and were told it had not yet been started. Frustrated, they decided to leave. At 10:15 AM, after nearly three hours of waiting with no visible progress and no one checking out at the counter, I asked about my vehicle and was told it also hadn't been started. At that point, I decided to take my truck and leave as well. What made this experience even more disappointing was the lack of concern or communication from the service manager. A manger never came out to update or apologize to any of us waiting, even after multiple customers left due to delays. A service advisor did come out and say they were "accidentally overbooked" at one point in passing. However I question that as there was literally not ONE person who checked-out from 7:45am -10:15am, nor were their any phone calls made to anyone advising their vehicles were finished. The lack of being respectful of customers time is disheartening, as making appointments should ensure smooth flow and operations to stay on time and keep customers satisfied. I used to be a consistent Barker GMC customer but had switched to Dantin Chevrolet years ago due to similar issues. Dantin has always provided quick, efficient service. I decided to give Barker GMC another try today, but after this experience, I will not be returning or recommending their service department to anyone.

My 72 yr old dad just pd $3000 for an ac and a bunch of diagnostic charges on 2012 Corolla. Ac works great but come on. Usually a company that charges these fees, agree to take that off the repair costs if they agree to have repairs done there, NOPE not Greg Leblanc. They charge a diagnostic fee even if you tell them what's wrong and to just fix it. And you can tell them you changed a part, and because that's the 1st thing to change when the problem occurs, they want to change it again. Nope! For my older vehicles I will bring to a local mechanic that's reasonable. This is exactly why I mainly keep a new car every few years. Warranty people. I give a 3 for the job they did do. Service advisor was stupid.

I drove down from Metairie because they had a Kia Rio for sale. First thing I noticed was the oil…read morewas dirty. I could not open the trunk with the lever inside the car but the key fob would open it. Ryan said that was a safety feature. I noticed the tire pressure warning light was on but thats is usually no big deal just a reset button. I asked Ryan for a carfax report and he said they do not do that. He then scanned the vin with his phone and told me the car had two owners and no accidents. Which proves he has carfax or autocheck. My wife and I left to go eat and called my son to run a carfax. Turns out the first owner was a rental. I know carfax and autocheck say if a car has been a rental. The rental was for only nine months and 9k miles so we decided to go back and do a deal. Ryan was firm on his price but we bought it anyway. The brake tag was expired so I went to get one, it failed the tint test. I had to pay $130 get the tint removed. Kias do not have a TPMS reset button so I took it to a Kia dealer and they want $200 to replace a tire sensor. Also they checked the trunk release lever and said they have to replace the trunk latch for $700 {not a safety feature Ryan} And to top it off I had about a inch of water in the trunk after a rain. Both tail lights were leaking. I tried to write this review on N & N web site but it would not go through. They must have bad reviews blocked because all of there reviews are 5 star. Beware if you buy a car from here.

As I was browsing the lot a salesman name Allen came to assisit us. They had one on the lot however I didn't like the color. Allen then proceeds to tell us that he had a XT6 Sport that just came in with 2569 thousand miles on it. However it was in the certification proceess and that he would call us the next morning. I was excited and really wanted to see the color(Midnight Sky Matallic). While I was wating for Allen's call I went look at another XT6 Sport at another dealership. However the one at Trapp Cadillac was still on my mind. So I left the dealership and headed back to Trapp with hopes that the XT6 Sport was out of the certification porcess. We arrived at Trapp and was able to talk to Allen. We asked if he had checked on the XT6 Sport he said yes he did. His body language gave the vibe that he was not telling the truth. Allen then porceeds to tell us that I will go check and see where its at and how for along the certifiacation was. Meanwhile there is another couple looking at vehicle. Well the manager there came and asked us if Allen was helping us and we said yes sir he is. The manager then proceed to take the couple in the vehicle they had just test drove and heads to the back of the dealership. My gut told me he was bringing they look at the one we was there to look at. Then Allen come in about 10 minutes after the manager took the couple to the back of the dealership. Allen then tell us that oh the XT6 Sport was locked in the detail shop and that it was in the final stages and that it should be ready by Monday and that he would give us a call. Again Allen's body language told me he was not telling the truth. So we got his card and we left, but not before we went ride to the back of the dealership. As we approched the service area we saw the vehicle that the manager took the other couple in and saw that the manager was in the supposedly LOCKED detail shop showing them the XT6 Sport that we were inquiring about not only that day but the day before as well. As we exited the parking lot we saw Allen taking the other couples vehicle for the appraisle. Had they been honest with us and not made us look like fools and feeling like my money wasn't good there I would have gotten them too see if they could find me another one. In fact I was going to see if the could get the one I had looked at at the other dealership just so that I could keep my tax dollars local. Not only did they loose my buiness but the service departmant also lost my business because I bring my vehicles to the dealership for routing maintance. For a little FYI the XT6 Sport was over priced according to the Kelly Blue Book Value!!!! AVOID THIS PLACE AND THEIR SALESMAN!!!
