I booked the service almost a month ago and received a confirmation message. As we got closer, I received an automated reminder texts 48 hrs and then 24 hrs before. The day of, my card was charged. As my arrival window time neared closer; I noticed no employee had been assigned to the job yet from my profile on the company dashboard. I emailed them inquiring if this service was still happening and to please let me know. The hour window came and went and in that period and after I had called twice, left a message, and even used their contact form because I had fully exhausted all my options of communication with them. I chose to go with Maidsway based on a high recommendation from a friend that has used them for years. Even she was shocked and said that if they were running late they always called to give a heads-up. It has been over a day later and I still have not heard back ... extremely disappointing as I had made arrangements for my sensitive pets, rearranged my house so that it would be easy access for them to clean, and planned my day/work schedule around this..during a time where I really needed help with the house and trusted this service to follow through.
