Man leaves information for business to call him back. Man doesn't get a call for a week. Man decides to give business a second chance. Man calls business, gets voicemail again. Man leaves message saying he didn't get a call last time he left a message, man leaves information for business to call him. Then man gets a call from business the day after. Business says to him that they would like to come out the next day to see the job. They're not sure when, but they will call man the next day to set up the visit. Man doesn't hear from them the next day, and in fact never hears from them again. Guess what happens next? This business didn't get the business. Someone else got the business. The moral of the story... In business, always do what you say you're going to do.

So why'd your worker say 4 days? (Which IS excessive since it's 24/48hrs). I wouldn't recommend this company they are indeed quick to show up and get the job done but it's not correct. My senior citizen mother and disabled child should not be in environment of water sitting creating mold and mildew AFTER money was spent to "garuntee" the work. I originally had iron steps which lasted many years but when they start rusting it became very dangerous, so I decide that have the made-up in aluminum. From ordering the steps, the installation was more quick than I had expected and much faster than other iron fabricators offered. In addition, the cost was very fair and the installation was exact. Also the gentleman that I worked with were knowledgeable, professional, and very respectful. I also had a custom handrail made for my two steps in the front which turned out perfect, and as I had described to them. My property is located within 10 minutes so I gave them a call. I spoke with Bill and said I need the railings removed, refinished and returned since I'm a senior citizen. I emailed some pictures of the railings and was told they would make an appointment one day next week. That time has come and gone without a peep. Why couldn't they have told us they weren't interested instead of making us wait ? Update: After this review was posted, I received a phone call from Bill @ EM Enterprises. He apologized and gave me the phone number for a General Contractor that would remove and reinstall my railings. I made an appointment and he showed up on time and provided a complete written estimate for the entire job. I agreed to the estimate and he was back a few days later to remove all the railings. He dropped them off at EM Enterprises to be Sandblasted and Powder Coated. He said this would take from 1 to 2 weeks. I agreed to wait. I will update this review again when the railings are returned and reinstalled. Update 2: Aug 30, 2018. My railings came back and were installed today. The mounting hardware was not powder coated as we discussed and Chris had to paint the new hardware with special paint in my house after it was installed. It seem's EM Enterprises forgot? to powder coat the hardware when the railings were done. Anyway, the railings look brand new ! I updated my rating to 4-stars. I guess there's always room for improvement.
