I called AAA and they tried to get in contact with Paul's Auto (who is on-call with AAA and is supposedly open 24 hours). Paul's Auto NEVER answered the phone when AAA called them and the AAA agent told me they do this quite often. BUT when I called from my cell phone he answered and said he will get in touch with one of his drivers and will give me a call back. You can only imagine how happy I was that someone was going to help me. I NEVER HEARD BACK FROM HIM. I called him back twice and got his voice mail. In addition, I couldn't leave a message because his mailbox was full. So here I was stranded all by myself on a pitch black ramp at 1:00am waiting and praying for Paul's Auto to call me back to help me. Also, the State Police called Paul's Auto and guess what? He never answered the phone. Finally, I was able to get in touch with another company who came to my aid at 4:30am. I have one message for Paul's Auto. How dare you advertise that you are open 24 HOURS when you are NOT open 24 hours. And how dare you tell a woman in the middle of the night that you will call me back AND NEVER CALL BACK? Please do not use this company. They should not be in business. So sad!

Ron was friendly, patient and helpful answering my questions and arranging the rental car for my use and also advised me to get a reservation number from insurance. I was hit when parked on the street on vacation. The interior of the car was cleaned, the outside washed and polished, and it was really nice to get back into my car after a 9 day hiatus. Thank you!! I would come back if I needed to.

These people have absolutely no clue what they're doing and they're all dicks, on top of it. I've…read morenever had a vehicle go to this body shop that didn't come back with some sort of problem...and then they get all hot and bothered when questioned. Last car we had there, they made the damn thing undrivable and every time they tried to fix it, they created more problems. Never ever ever let them touch your car. If I could do 0 stars, they would have gotten that. They don't even deserve the 1 star.

I am a student and had to bear the whole repair cost of my car and so I asked for a discount. I got a good discount after talking to the owner but then they reduced it. I understand that repair estimate can never be final cost but still asked if I could get the initial discount just to test my luck in the day of picking up the car. A guy named Alex, I guess the son of the owner said '...we put your shit together here....there are parts, sales tax...so if you want your car today you have to pay xxxx...'. I picked up my car and left. I realized they are not '...that's the best we can do, man. sorry that you have to go through this...' type of people. Also they called me on a random day and gave me 2 days to pick up the car midweek or storage fee starts which felt like an ultimatum. I called the next day to request to withdraw the storage fee and the person picked said he can't because the owner is in vacation. Apparently the customers have to suffer because none else can take a decision while the owner is in vacation. This place is family-owned. I do appreciate the detailed inspection and overall repair, though. But they heavily lack basic people skills and organizational skills and trust me you want that.
