Took my car in for tint on sides and rear (heated) window. The rear window has trails of every light on the rear window. Talked with Jamie the owner about this. Said he's never had other similar complaints. So I suggested it could be an improper install if my car is the only one experiencing this. Jamie got very agitated and angry at the thought that it could be an install issue. Offered NO recourse or offer for correction. When letting him know I had similar feedback from several others, Jamie hung up on me. Very angry and unprofessional and clearly not interested in ensuring his customers are satisfied. Do yourself a favor and find a different tint shop. read more

I had my 2015 WRX tinted here a month ago. I work in Wilkes Barre and made an appointment for a Tuesday at 8AM. i walked to work, and walked back to the shoppe at the end of the day only to find out they did not get around to tinting my car. The owner apologized and offered to give me a 30 dollar discount if I brought it back the next week. I brought it back, and he delivered as promised and gave me another 10 dollars off ($40 discount!). I would have given this place 5 stars had he gotten the job done the first time but he did redeem himself and I can see he cares about his business's reputation. Great tint job, much better than I could have done myself and they also give a 5 year warranty, which apparently covers most normal wear and tear. I have visited other shops that offer a lifetime warranty, but I doubt I will have this car for longer than 5 years anyway. I am happy with the transaction and quality of the tint. read more

Had my vehicle tinted here back in 2006. All the door windows have held up very well, but the back glass began to bubble after only a few years. Contacted this establishment about having the work re-done and was given a quote of over $200 to have their poor work repaired. I took my vehicle here to have the tint professionally done to avoid a situation like this but obviously they do not stand behind their work. Very disappointed, will not be taking future vehicles here. There are plenty of better alternatives in the valley. read more
