Online my total was one price then half way through I had to ask what the total would be and was informed then that Ulta has set pricing, which is fine but the stylist should inform clients before hand. I sat in a chair for three hours for my hair to look like nothing was changed. They offered a $20 discount on a $175, which is nice, money is no problem. The fact is, my hair looks no different and looks nothing like the pictures I sent.
