And at 22 treatments i was asked pay $250 for additional treatments. I have no problems paying for a service but the terms were changed on me twice. Had i have known this in the beginning i would have never stepped foot in the door. They're easy payment plan and sales pitch is what lures one in. My brows ended up looking worse than they did when I walked into the establishment. I also got a Brazilian Wax and was at the end of the service when I realized she was double dipping the wax stick into the warmer. THIS IS A HEALTH ISSUE. You can't dip a wax applicator back into a warmer that contains wax you're using for other people. You lose customers when you cut corners trying to save a dime. I WILL be contacting the board of health over this. It's a shame because with better business practice they could have had a regular but both your brows and down under are too important to take a chance with. EDITED TO ADD: both Ananda as well as Kabita work at the salon. They left reviews to try to overshadow mine. I spoke with the owner multiple times this morning, and they just assured me they use new wax when I know that wasn't the case. I will tell everyone to stay away for this reason. I can't believe that instead of fixing the issue they are writing reviews. ALSO Ananda left me a "compliment" telling me the changes that they are making etc but wrote her review as a customer. Take your business elsewhere because I will be finding somewhere else to take mine.
