The staff and trainers are personable, trustworthy, and make it very known they want you to reach your goals just as much as you do, if not more. There is always positive energy and the friendships that I made were unbeatable. The classes that are offered are also a huge benefit, despite the workouts, the group aspect brings everyone closer and the bonds are emaculate. The reason for 4 stars out of 5 is that the parking lot can get very crowded and they only have one set of water fountains. During peak hours you will likely have to weave around cars that park in non-designated parking spots and you will have to park over near the old Joanns fabric store building. They do have an overflow lot just west of the building and recognize that it's a problem but that area fills up too. I still feel for what you are paying for that it's not inconvenient enough to look elsewhere. Equipment is never broken. It is clean, new and gets the job done.

I travel all over the country, which makes having a PF membership a great deal. After visiting…read moredozens of PFs from coast to coast, I can say definitively that this is one of the very best. They're very quick to fix broken machines and maintain them in good condition. Everything is spaced out nicely and they've recently added more Smith Machines in place of unused cardio machines (THANK YOU). What's more, I hate the Matrix machines, and this PF almost entirely has Life Fitness equipment. The employees are friendly and keep themselves busy keeping the place clean. Anything above your head does get very dusty, but unlike other PFs, I haven't had any of it fall on me. The best part of this PF is the lockers. I have no idea why newer PFs don't have the Keyless1 lockers, but very few do. This one has a bunch, and it's very much appreciated. To make this PF perfect, they need to add the hack squat machine that's going into a few PFs. That would round out this PF and make it the best.

I love Life Time Fitness and I always have…read more Life Time Fitness isn't the closest facility I have where I live but it's worth the drive. Other times I do have a membership at competitors facilities for days I don't want to drive. I couldn't tell you ONE time I have walked into Life Time and not been greeted and asked how I'm doing. I've gone at 1AM multiple times after a long work shift and had great conversations and great greetings. The staff is so passionate whether it be checking people in, signing up memberships, cleaning the locker rooms and even cleaning / re-racking the gym. This specific location is always so clean, you don't see dust anywhere. I've even been curious when I get higher doing chin-ups to look over the Yoga Sign and on top of TVs and even there, spotless! Amazing. Huge basketball courts, kids facility, and rock climbing. Nonetheless I appreciate being a member here more than just the facility but always feel like I'm welcome. Kinda like a nice neighbourhood I move into, except it's consistent, clear, and clean. I may not go as often now that it's busier as I work retail and get tired after work, but I won't even cancel my membership because I know after any long day if I really need to relax or let a weight off my should I'll visit. Maybe 2020 is my physique year, 2019 wasn't. 10/10 recommend to anyone in the area looking into joining.

When I wanted to cancel my membership they didn't want to cancel it but when I finally canceled they continued to charge my card AFTER cancellation. Don't come here worst gym in the area not worth the money. Old raggedy equipment as well.
