Tried to return to Coeur d'Alene Best Buy and manager so rude and wouldn't take phone back. Day after I got it working went out of town to Lincoln City, OR and couldn't do Google Maps or any searches most of the trip whereas, with my old SE phone had no issues. Plus my husbands older IPhone did fine on trip and he's on same Verizon account. No Best Buys in Lincoln City so couldn't return phone within 14 day timeline. My sister was going to buy a new phone but said no way after seeing what I went through here. Manager has terrible customer service and lost at least 7 customers and counting.

Instead I will tell you that I had a wonderful experience from the minute my wife and I walked in Huppins. Greeted immediately and pointed in the direction of the two tvs we were looking for. After a few minutes the same gentleman that greeted us arrived and asked if we had questions. My wife asked about the difference in the two tvs. I was impressed with his descriptive answer and afterwards we felt the Sony would suit is best. At this point I know I'm buying from this man. I tell him all the components we want by Sonos to build our system and point out the TV. I give him the max amount we want to spend and he says not only do they price match, but they match the lowest prices on the internet and off he goes. After 15 minutes or so he comes back and is almost $600 under the number i gave him. Remember, I had done my research. I know this system was priced over $6000 and I was out the door under $4500. One associate walked away HALFWAY through a question I had. Really? Kyle got me on my way and he is a 5 Star young man and employee. The store is beautiful , but very high-end customer centric. After the owner responded to this, sounds like a parts markup of around 294% ($200 vs $68) above retail, and service overcharge of 20% ($175 instead of the quoted $145) is an acceptable and normal business practice.
