I also brought in a few other items for repair, and they went above and beyond to bring my vision to life with precision and artistry. One of the repairs required extra attention, and I appreciated how the shop kept me updated throughout the process and called as soon as everything was ready. Their craftsmanship, communication, and genuine care make them a rare find. And actually, they only notified me after I wrote in to inquire on status, as it appeared the dress had not even shipped yet.
