They make the process as quick as possible and keep everything sanitized. The service and jewelry are all at great prices as well. I would have rated 5/5 stars but I noticed that they frequently tell customers inaccurate waiting times. Of course, a waiting time is never guaranteed but they often under quote the wait. I, along with customers to had entered the store after me, were told that the wait would be about 20 minutes but each time it was at least one hour or more, especially if there are others waiting in front of you. I had a dinner reservation that I was luckily able to push back at the last minute due to this. This was the only con I personally experienced here! I would absolutely recommend visiting Black Cloud for any of your piercings! Just keep in mind that if there are a few others ahead of you, the wait time will probably a little longer than 20 minutes!

Not only was Leilani not professional but she tried to charge me more before I caught her doing what she did. I thought she was nice at first. Ohhh was I wrong. She told me my tattoo looked horrible and we can make it look a lot better for this price. The lady who tattooed me was nice and I could tell was uncomfortable with the pricing that she was not in control of. Leilani wife of Al was not at all concerned about my experience. I was very unhappy with my results. I would never recommend anyone to you guys. I have already persuaded several people to not go there. You guys need to go back up north. People in the south are real hard working people that don't appreciate getting walked on. You guys are not fair. Stop thinking you guys are sooo cool that you can over price people. No infection and it was a clean and almost "her words" painless process. I would recommend this place because it was very clean and very professional. I saw some of the skin art being done and I have to say that I will be getting my next tat there. Prices are fair and the artistes there are really above what I expected. I talked so highly of him to my friends and family and anytime someone mentioned tattoos, I brought up Ink-182. I then had a friend come from out of town and she wanted to get tattoos. I immediately hyped up Chris and texted him to make an appointment. It was about a week ahead, we paid their deposit fee of $100, and waited for the appointment. Chris and I texted all week planning what we were thinking for tattoos. Day of tattoo Chris kept pushing the appointment time back and it ended up being hours later. No problem, we were communicating and I left my house to grab some numbing spray and then to the shop. My friend and I sat in the shop for 30 minutes before Chris even showed up. I just politely asked to possibly reschedule or return the deposit because we were unsure when she'd be back in town. I had trust Chris to send the deposit back, but my friend did not want to leave until she received her deposit back. I did not receive mine and we just left because I was ready to go home. I had given Chris time to send it back and I just waited. I've texted him multiple times since then and he's only responded once. He's posted on his instagram and had interactions on Venmo, so I know his phone works. I've even called the shop asking to speak to someone and I got nothing. Experience went from a cool vibe and cool people, to extreme disappointment and upsetting treatment from a "professional". There has been no communication since and it saddens me to write this. If you ever wanna just blow $100, go to Ink-182!!!!
