Moving past all the details of the Sales Rep selling me a horrible computer ($1400 inclto the Gee Squat failing to transfer my data completely to FINALLY finding THIS company, Computer Repair Plus, on 29th St. in Bryan. Marc and his wife almost immediately responded to the notice put out by Yelp asking about possible repairs for a water damaged laptop. It turns out that Computer Repairs Plus is practically right around the corner from me! I am bedbound 24/7, so I needed to send my laptop with my home health aide, who basically speaks Spanish only when it comes to computers. They were so sweet! Marc told me that he would just replace the keyboard for $150! He checked and all my information was still intact on my hard drive! AAANNNDDD, the replacement will be in next week! So much for the going on to 3 weeks now with Worst Sell! Never again.
