This is the second branch of Nadai Fujisoba. If you want your next Japanese meal to super affordable yet satisfying, you MUST give this restaurant a try! I prefer this branch because there is more space and more tables. Also, the turnover is faster here!
The main dish to order here is their Soba. I'll be honest with you, I did not like Soba until I ate here. The Soba noodles you get at other Japanese restaurants is either not made from buckwheat or the cooks overcook the noodles. So, you end up eating gummy, soggy, cold noodles (bleh!). At Nadai Fujisoba, you can definitely taste the flavor of the noodles and the firmness of the noodles is just perfect! The dipping sauce is also seasoned just right; not too salty, not too sweet. I remember the first time I ate here was with my brother. He was so surprised that I just kept quiet and focused on my plate of Soba. It was that GOOD!
If it is your first time to eat here, try their set meal called the 'Teisyuko Set.' The smaller set is priced at Php250 and is the set you must order! It includes a small donburi + noodles; it recommend the Curry Rice + Mori Soba combo! I will definitely come back here when I have a Soba craving! :) read more
