The Myofascial Release therapy that Val and Emily specialize in was extremely therapeutic. I am back to enjoying life. I can do yoga now, I am pain free and I feel great! I highly recommend this physical therapy practice to anyone suffering from post surgical problems, or if you have pain of any kind. They also have a warm therapy pool that was great for my stiffness and pain, so I am sure it's good for arthritis and joint problems, too. I love their therapy dog, Pedals, she is so sweet!

The therapists were nice enough, but they assured me that I'd be covered by my insurance. I got…read moreworried about this after two visits and it turns out it was with good reason: They billed the insurance company at over $300/hr and the insurance company is only willing to pay half of that. They were also aggressively trying to sign me up for more appointments, wanting to schedule me for an additional 6 sessions. I'm already being charged $250 extra for 2 sessions, but would then have been an extra $750. No good solution to this, since they'll tell you that you'll most certainly be covered, and maybe you will and maybe you won't. Update: got in touch with customer service, they claimed that it was the deductible on my health plan but that's not the case: They're charging twice what's allowed and charging for things like "Self Care Mngment Training" ($60). That's when they hand you some instructions apparently. And heat or cold pack therapy ($26).
