Welcomed warmly by the owner and introduced to their mascot, a beautiful Weimaraner (Zara?) and to my therapist, Elizabeth Bryson. Not only was she intuitive, kind, friendly and sensitive to my body work needs, she has a great energy to her that made me comfortable and relaxed. He did not focus on the side of the neck bothering me or give it much attention. He seemed to do some cranial sacral work though he did not specify why his fingers were barely touching my head. Also he claimed to get a release along my spine by using a dimes worth of pressure, something I barely felt through my two thick cotton shirts. He totally missed my two top ribs being out of place, something my massage therapist noticed two days later. I don't recommend him. He seemed to have an overinflated sense of self worth, he talked down other doctors who use the DO title. Came away feeling like I was conned out of $275.

For me, Dr. Landrum correctly identified a subtly misaligned bone in my left foot and aligned it without me even knowing he did so. Only when he finished did I exclaim.. I am standing different. Fixing the toe got more stability in my left foot, alleviated persistent spasms and re-engaged my left leg with more balance. It is something that (i) massage therapy, (ii) orthopedic surgeon, (iii) podiatrist, and (iv) myofacial release therapist did not identify or did not fix when I identified it. I spent over $2000 on those other doctor visits, and Dr. Landrum fixed it in maybe 5 minutes.. without me even asking him to do so! I got my left leg back - and my conviction in Mr. Landrum as a practicioner! My daughter was also evaluated for a persistent head pain in the back of her head. Other doctors could not explain it (and I imagine would suggest an MRI). Dr. Landrum resolved it in two sessions by using his gentle cranial pressure technique (which I cannot understand.. but it seems to work!).

Sasha is a super aesthetician, very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly, she explains the procedures and products very well. Sasha is also a trained and licensed massage therapist which she is also terrific at. Her massages really make a difference, after she's done, I'm able to get on with the day ahead without the persistent nagging pain that usually haunts me. I will definitely be back. I highly recommend her knowing that you will have a great experience at the Zen Den.
