I've since called four different places that thread and tint and not one has quoted me over $25. I even asked all them are sure? For both it's $23? Yes yes it is! I feel ripped off and cheated by two ladies I trusted and believed were offering a great service. I will never be back. I'm sure I can find a $25 salon that has nice people working there and not snake oil salesmen! So disappointed Removing all the stars I can.
