Everything was clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully designed. The massage was one of the best I've ever had--highly skilled and incredibly relaxing. With hot saunas and steam baths inside, hot and cold pools outside as well and relaxation tents and a Finnish sauna, they also provide massages, facials and everything else you'd expect at a spa. They have an amazing after 5pm deal which allows you to use their facilities for a mere $23. Bring your bathing suit, bathrobe, flip flops and home facial masks. I usually do the sauna, then the cold waterfall river dip, then the relaxation room circuit about three times to get the full effect and then chill out in their atriums with my mask on and shower everything off afterwards. Watching the waterfalls while inside inside the hot sauna, and then dipping into the frigid waters afterwards, will kickstart anyone's system. You will walk out a new person.
