After asking some questions and quickly realizing that her listing wasn't the one for us, she stayed on the phone with us for over an hour discussing the local area, and most importantly for us, zoning issues that impacted our desires. Needless to say, we quickly changed our mind about working with a specific buyer's agent and looked to Joan to keep us in the loop on listings that popped up that met our requirements. Once we decided to pull the trigger and commit to the move, we scheduled a house hunting trip. At our insistence that we only had one full day to view properties, Joan and her team scheduled viewings of 12 properties in one day spanning 5 cities. Fortunately, we found our dream home on the 6th stop, and knew we were done. Joan worked diligently to put together an offer that represented our best interests and was also very compelling for the sellers. After some quick negotiations, we had a signed purchase agreement within the following 24 hours. We flew back home and proceeded with the closing process, with Joan keeping tabs on every aspect of the transaction along the way. We felt comfortable that we were in good hands and didn't have to stress about a thing.
