She explained everything so there was no worry or confusion which is great since, because let's face it, if your car is broken down...well you're already probably anxious enough! She not only set me up after the tow but gave me some good tips on how to move the car again once he got there to pick and my vehicle up. She even was nice enough to give me some information about the businesses around the area. I think I'd be lucky if I ever need a tow again that I'd get someone like her to help me. I see there are some negative reviews on here and I know that she did get into an accident so I'm sure they are really not for her business. Call my roadside assistance, and received a text confirmation that a local towing company was dispatched, and would arrive within 60 min. After about an hour twenty gave them a call. Was Told the email wasn't received but would call me right back. After another twenty minutes called them back. "No one available, could I just leave key with vehicle?" Told them absolutely not, forget it! I'll call back to roadside assistance and have them find someone else. They in turn called Wilson's towing. From the time of dispatch Brad arrived, had me loaded up in a another five minutes, and to my service center within 10 minutes. I can't say enough about the professionalism of Brad, and the dispatcher at Wilson's. Highly recommended!
