The salesman who talked to me on the phone last week didn't say hello or give me the time of day(store was empty). He only told me he didn't have the part to fix my back up camera. 3. Salesman and receptionist promptly left at 6pm and I was told the guy installing the radio would come and get me. I would think the salesman would stick around. 4. They shouldn't leave transaction history up on their computer for everyone to see after they tore out of there. 5. The poor guy that installed the stereo was very nice and walked me through all the new gadgets. He was the best customer service I had there in 3 1/2 hours. 6. I truly felt after they got my $ they had no obligation to give me basic customer service. So far the new stereo is pretty cool! Do better Muntz staff.
