Upon walking in, it's just a lot. Where do I go? What do I look at first? There are a lot of products thrown at you at once. I guess you can say, they really do take advantage of every square meter in the store. The store is hard to navigate, and trying to get down the aisle are tight. They do have some cool products, but the prices are not as competitive as they used to be. A regular priced product I was looking at last month is now $10 more now. I do appreciate that they sell items dedicated to smaller spaces, I just don't think the quality is there for a lot of their items after getting a closer look at them in store.

Lots of the mirror were in the boxes and I couldn't see what they look like. There was only two cashier in the mirror stand is right there. I tried on the few occasions to get someone to help me but since there was only what seem to be 3 staff I could only wait. The line at the cash was getting longer and longer and I didn't feel like even after 45 minutes I would be able to get any help. I am usually very patient but I felt like I was in the way of people who just wanted to come out. So after that 45 minutes I simply walked out with no mirror. I don't know if the price will change but there will be a better day. Jysk is a great store to get furniture at a good price. Today was probably just one of those days.

I'm glad I took a picture of this place so at least I have proof that the place exists. Outside of its inability to be found in any Google search that I've tried, once you step into @Home, you're in for a decent time. @Home is a kitchenware store with a large assortment of different items that you can use in the kitchen or dining area. The items range from the strictly utilitarian (e.g., spring form pans - nothing fancy there) to the imaginative (e.g., elegantly shaped wine decanters). If you're looking for some interesting décor add-ons for your kitchen, or looking for something to theme your next party, this is probably a good place to start. It's not just the variety, but the quantity of items that is also overwhelming. There's tons of stuff that you can go through and, if you're so inclined, it's pretty easy to kill a half an hour in this little shop. Add to this it is an independent store and not a larger chain, so if you're into helping out the smaller business, this is a great store for you. Just don't try to Google your way there. We loved that it's a local store and we try to support local in our purchases whenever possible. They have a variety of furniture on the floor as well as decor of all kinds. The team at Blueprint Home was absolutely great! Karrie and Kim were very knowledgeable and helpful when we explained to them what we were looking for. We could tell that they are passionate about what they do and actually care about providing excellent service to their clients. We ended up buying a Lind leather couch and love seat for a good deal. We ordered them in July and we were expecting to receive them at the end of November, but the shipment arrived early November instead. It was a pleasant surprise! The white glove delivery experience was amazing and we're very content with our overall experience with Blueprint Home. We're planning on going back to get more furniture and decor there in the future. We highly recommend them!

Yesterday i went to return an item. I was told the returns was down as the person dealing with this…read morewas not in. I asked to see the manager to discuss this further and upon the manager arriving I got the exact same response. I asked the manager whether I was able to able to exchange the product for another item and if there are able to manually write down the item for which i had a receipt for and was still declined. When the manager noticed my frustration, in-order to get rid of me I was told to please go ahead and make a complaint if i was not happy about the service. Me personally being in the customer service business I definitely though this was highly un-professional and that this situation could have been dealt with better or for CT to have a back-up plan in place.
