No one really likes going to the dentist. It had been over a year for me because I found the last…read moredental office to be rather cold regarding patient attendance. So it was time for me to go back because I knew I needed a dental cleaning. I asked a coworker who she went to and she recommended Dr. Matrullo. I booked an appointment and I was pleasantly surprised that they are literally 1 mile from my home. Walking into the office I found it very visually beautiful. Upon check-in I did the necessary paperwork and after that I was greeted by a wonderful hygienist named Tara. She took X-rays and then started to gently scrape my teeth. She always asked if I felt any pai, which I didn't. Once the cleaning was done, the younger son, Dr. Matrullo came in to asses my fillings to make sure they were all intact. He asked if I had any concerns and I said yes, I don't like the overcrowding of my teeth since I had braces years ago. He recommended an orthodontist who specializes in Invisalign. Overall this is by far the most wonderful experience I've ever endured regarding dentistry. The customer service is Top Notch, the dentist was very knowledgeable and kind. I talked to my friend back in Rhode Island and he recommended his dentist to glue it back in. After week I came back and they took me that very same day that I returned. They told me ahead of time how much it would cost as I do not have dental coverage so that's kind of important. They took their time to make sure that the implant was fitted properly and was comfortable. The office was so friendly and the people that work there really made me feel welcome and at home.
