I could not be happier with Dr. Kleem for her kind, caring, compassionate approach. I am also very appreciative of the way she has addressed my questions and the way in which she handled the fear I expressed over the need to have a wisdom tooth extracted. She listened to me, and was able to put me at ease for the procedure. I felt nothing secondary to the fact that Dr. Kleem made sure I was totally numb. I followed her after care instructions to the letter and have healed totally. As a former nurse, I really appreciate going to a provider who sees me and hears me. Talks you through the process so that you're not really fixated on the fact that someone is in your mouth with metal tools... Dr. Laubmeier was perfect in the way that he talked to you about the issues he found. It didn't seem like he was judging you, which i've had at other places (hence the reason I avoided the Dentist for so long probably) and finally the office staff are great in the way that the explain your Insurance, Payment options, and scheduling for you.
