The dentist is very personable and always makes sure that you understand the procedure you are about to have and all your options. This past week I loved my visit even more, she knows that I'm very interested in looking at the new technology. This last time she let me to see the 3D printer and how it creates the crowns that are placed the same day. The hygienist showed me the materials used and explained everything to me. Before that she showed me the technology on the computer on how they create a persons crown. After my procedure I took one ibuprofen and was great the next day. I went for cleaning today and the hygienist was great. Dr. Kleem came to check my teeth and she remembered our previous conversation. They care.

I am also very appreciative of the way she has addressed my questions and the way in which she handled the fear I expressed over the need to have a wisdom tooth extracted. She listened to me, and was able to put me at ease for the procedure. I felt nothing secondary to the fact that Dr. Kleem made sure I was totally numb. I followed her after care instructions to the letter and have healed totally. As a former nurse, I really appreciate going to a provider who sees me and hears me. I took into account, that I wanted to continue to go to Dr. Kleem, when I chose my Medicare Advantage plan for 2026!
