I handed over all of my private, highly sensitive financial information to this so-called tax preparation company after they promised a clear 3-week turnaround. It's now been over 3 MONTHS, and I've heard absolutely nothing. Oh, except when the assistant called to ask "if I was still interested in their services. Smh. Unbelievable. Outside of that, no updates, no responses to calls or emails, no explanation. Just silence. They have completely ghosted me. At this point, I am deeply concerned that this is a scam operation. They're in possession of my full identity--Social Security number, income records, banking information--and have vanished without a trace. I've reached out repeatedly and have been met with radio silence. If this is incompetence, it's gross negligence. If it's intentional, it's criminal. Save yourself the stress, the risk, and the time. I spent approximately an hour on the phone explaining my business, operations, and the level of bookkeeping assistance I needed. Dee assured me that they could support my business and mentioned she had been doing this for a long time, which gave me confidence to move forward. On June 25, she requested my bank statements, profit statements, and a detailed explanation of my business. I spent another hour gathering the requested documents and walking her through everything in detail after spending her an email. She told me she would review the information and get back to me with a quote. After not hearing back, I followed up by email on June 26 and received no response. A few days later, I called and left a voicemail requesting an update again, no response. I called once more on June 30 and still did not receive a response. I'm disappointed that I invested so much time explaining my business and sharing sensitive financial information, only to be completely ignored afterward. Even if they decided they weren't the right fit, a simple courtesy response would have been the professional thing to do. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this firm. The lack of communication and professionalism resulted in a significant waste of my time.
