Needed a quick fix for three broken nails and came in from out of town. Never been here before, but had a good experience. My nails aren't perfect but they wore masks, had plexiglass up, and sanitized tools. Peter took his time with the shape of my acrylics, they look nice. He took special time on my nails that had been damaged from the break. My moms experience with a regular manicure wasn't quite as nice, her nail tech didn't buff out her nails before so she has some unevenness on a few nails. She said he rushed through them. I would first like to start by saying call ahead for an appointment. I was a walk in and I waited for over 30 minutes. After finally getting in a chair I was promptly helped. When it comes to pedis, they offer different types. I went with the deluxe package which included hot towels and a different type of food scrub. It was $29 instead of the $24 for a basic pedicure. My Nail tech was nice and understood what I wanted. With Covid-19 going around, they did a great job by having everyone wear a mask and they have these barricade windows to protect both the nail tech and client. read more

Pleasant staff. They over book and they only write down some appointments. They never turn down an appointment, they just rush through yours to get everyone in. I am concerned that they reuse some of their supplies like the toe separators. They are affordable which I think keeps people coming back. Their English is limited so communicating is a little rough. read more

I went there to get my nails done while I was out of town on a trip for work since it was near my hotel. The workers were nice and I got a dip powder manicure. The color choice was beautiful however my nail chipped within 2 hours of getting them done. Also the top coat of the nail was coming off of two nails (most likely because they use gel polish as a top coat). I thought everything was fine after that but 4 days later when I'm back at home the same nail they fixed chipped again and guess what the top coat of multiple nails started peeling. I'm sure I'll never be in that town again but I wouldn't recommend people spending their money there. read more

Lee and Her staff are so friendly, some of the staffs are speaking limited in English but they are trying their best to communicate with me and did a great job at my pedicure and dipping nails, a hidden gems in the middle of nowhere. Overall happy experience read more

My friend and I got the mani & pedi spa. She did not tell us, nor was there a sign, that designs on nails were almost $20 extra. I got charged for designs on all my fingers and toes, but she only painted my two big toes. By this time I was just pretty eager to get out of there. After the dryer dinged a couple times, she checked me and told me my nails were dry. They immediately smeared as soon as I reached for my wallet. The designs also look extremely unprofessional, I can't paint but I still probably could have done better myself. read more

I really would not even give them a 1 star, but at least I did not have to wait. Been there only a couple of times and out the couple of times I have been there, the shellac comes off with in hours. I do not recommend them at all for good product, they also, like to push their services on to you so you spend more then what you actually want.. read more

went in for fill an repair on nails.i got some young man ive never seen before. he started my nails took his shoes off an was barefoot during the appt.he put on 2 nails the 1 didnt even hold the owner had to come do some of the work. took little over 1 hr.usually in an out in 45 minutes.didnt check under side of nails bunch of the product under left an sharp edges.had to file an buff when i got home.polish was rough didnt cover entirely.1st time been disappointed read more

There's no sense of expediency here. I've had a pedicure here once before and they're open on Sundays, and the other nail salon down the road is not. So here I am again. The paint job was good last time, but the massage was a bit lacking. Mostly just leg rub, not much foot action. Upon arrival this time, there is a sign on the window "Closing permanently on October 2nd on Sundays." I'll have to plan ahead or go to Fort Wayne on Sundays now. Currently I'm the only person waiting in the front chairs, and the door is open with a screen door, it's too warm today for it, but my toes are in need. It'll do. It seems there are two people ahead of me waiting in the pedicure chairs. Last time I was here they were super pushy. I was asked 4 times if I wanted my eyebrows done and three times if I wanted a manicure. I understand up sell, but it made me self conscious of my eyebrows. I even asked her "is there something wrong with my eyebrows?" She only asked one more time after that. They were convenient on Sundays, but only have 3 people to work, so it'll be better for them. read more
