I scheduled a fill through their website and called to add on a pedicure. as he finished up my nails, two ladies came in for pedicures (no appointments) which they quickly put in chairs and I was expected to wait. Then several days later, I booked a pedi (through their website) got there and was immediately seated by Kim (owners wife) and half way through my pedi and Chris came up to me and said that they actually couldn't take me today because they were booked (he tried to call me) "but it's okay because we got you in". Weirdest conversation ever. Later I checked my messages and I did get a system generated message that my apt was canceled due to no availability. I always book an apt and tip very well so to be treated like this is unreal. I will be looking for a new salon.

One of my wonderful staff just took one of our supported individuals that hardly ever gets out to Sky Nails on Washington Center Road to get her nails done. One of the techs came up looked at our individual and refused to do her nails because she has a handicap. The staff person offered her help in any way he would need to get her nails done. All she wanted was a simple manicure with Polish and filing her nails. He refused and told her to leave. Great way to run a business buddy. Sky Nails on Washington Center Road I hope that no one ever treats you or anybody that you love the way that you just treated our supported individual. She's a person she's beautiful and she didn't deserve the way you treated her.
