The business itself is clean and without the strong smells that sometimes are pervasive in nail salons. But the 5 stars are really for the excellent techs. I've had several and all are good but Lily outshines them all. She is super attentive to details, is very helpful in suggesting colors that are perfect on you, without being at all pushy. Everyone is polite and friendly and the quality of the work is A++. You can book your appt online or walk-in and I'm so glad to find a really good salon in our little town. read more

Poor service. I currently have pink and white acrylic. I wanted my old acrylic taken off and a light color put on my nails for something different and the gentleman refused. Seriously??! Don't you work for the customer and charge according to the services the customer wants?!?! I walked out. I will never waste my time again going there just because they are in the same town I live. I will drive to Fort Wayne where I can get better service! read more

Made an appt for a full set of gel nails with Judy. I got there for my appt, and was told she was running about 15 minutes late. I don't feel it was very professional to keep a client waiting when she was the one I spoke with to make the reservation! I showed her a picture of a design I wanted, and she did carefully spend time looking for the right colors. My nails looked very nice when she finished. However, it is only a little over TWO weeks later, three of my nails have long since chipped, and today one is coming loose--lifting from the bottom. Needless to say, I am not happy with this set of nails, and plan to go elsewhere from this point on. read more

Yesterday was my first visit to Daniel Nails and I really enjoyed it. Wilson gave me my pedicure, and he did a great job. He worked very hard to try and make my nails look better. I've been going to Judy for years. So glad she is closer to me now. I was in and out with an acrylic fill in 25 minutes. While being so fast they pay attention to detail, and any requests you have they love to carry out for you. %100 recommend read more

He took special time on my nails that had been damaged from the break. My moms experience with a regular manicure wasn't quite as nice, her nail tech didn't buff out her nails before so she has some unevenness on a few nails. She said he rushed through them. They speak in their native language which is understandable but they ignore you in the process. There was only one other customer in the store at that time. The woman who did my pedicure was new. I needed one toenail fixed and another tech did that. The pedicure cost $40.00 and they charged me $10.00 to fix one nail along with a convenience fee of $1.50 to use a debit card. I had a check to pay with had I known that fee was going to be added. Taking debit cards should be part of owning a business. I ultimately paid $56.50 for poor service and sadly will not be going there again or recommending this facility.

It's a full service salon, hair, nails, retail products even a collection of clothing. My appointment was for a VIP massage with their Milbon products. it was a two hour treatment that started with an assessment of my scalp the best procedure to move forward with as far as products and then a scalp massage and of course multiple hair washes. I was 100% satisfied and can tell you I was not disappointed. It's a very relaxing experience very spa in atmosphere and my technician Christen was exceptional. There are three different treatments you can pick from but I highly recommend the VIP. It was $250 and worth every penny the salon is conveniently located off Illinois Road in Fort Wayne. I drove an hour and a half and we do it again.

Well... nope! Horrible application of my nail polish. My husband could have done a better job, and he has never done this before. Next time, I'll rather spend those $30 getting some new nail polish and doing it myself. Also... there's a transaction charge if you use cards? What the heck. The establishment should absorb that cut. You're cutting into your nail tech tips!
