Vicky is the best nail technician, Always going above and beyond with her job. I would never change that place!!!

I'm only giving them 2 stars because the man who attempted to do my nails was very nice. I Went to this nail salon for the first time after reading the Google reviews. Didn't even pay attention to the fact that they're not allowing reviews anymore. Guess now, I know why. Went in as a walk in. Showed the lady what I was looking for and she said that she could do it. I waited hrs. I was ok with that as I was a walk in. In the end, she had me sit with a very nice but obviously not skilled (for what I was looking for) man who couldn't even do my French tips correctly. I had to correct him several times and then finally gave up. When it came to my design, his idea of it was putting a sticker on my nail, and then coloring over it with the correct color which he still wasn't able to do. She had to come over and do one of my designs. I opted out of having the rest of my nails designed. $75 for my Nails to be done and they're not even done right. I was so looking forward to finding my new salon. Guess I'm still looking... Don't be fooled and wind up as disappointed as I was. We pay too much for our nails to be done for them to look bad. He was a very nice guy. But the lady who told me that SHE could do it, shouldn't have paired me with him after all that time of me waiting if HE was incapable of doing what I wanted. Today was my first visit to the shop. Bebe was quiet but did an outstanding foot and leg massage. I had no intention to get a manicure but it was so relaxing I had to get a get manicure. I will use her when my regular manicurist is unavailable. read more

Okay look, i've gone to this place many times and always got my nails done by the guy that works there and he's nice and talks to me and asks me specifically what i want and how i want it and everything he does he says "like this?" to make sure i like it. this time there was only a few people there but everyone was asking for a full set so they we're pretty busy and we waited for a good hour. the whole time this girl(the one that ended up doing my tips) is just walking around prancing back and forth. finally the first girl that like put the tips on was nice but i'm pretty sure she had no idea what she was doing. when she was done i waited probably another 15 minutes and was moved a seat over and the woman that did the actual acrylic asked me what color and i told her and the other girl had already trimmed the tips and she asked if i was sure i wanted them that long and i said yes and all the sudden it went from $38 to $50. so i had her cut them and let me tell you. i'm mad and i may be biased but it was NOT $20 in length. and i've gotten them longer with the guy and payed $38. and she never asked me what shape i wanted she just assumed that i wanted square( i hate square) after doing a bad paint job to top it all off she asked me if i was sure i had $38. and to take my money out. i will not be going back. read more

I started going here when I moved back to area and the last time I went, I was changed to three different people and then she smudged my nails as she was putting the clear coat on and then acted like it killed her to fix it. The younger girl that works in there has no idea what she is doing and always screws up my nails and the middle age lady is just rude.
