The staff is very kind and they matched my inspo photo perfectly it took around an hour to an hour and a half for a full set. My total was $80 for the pink and gold nails and my sisters for the black nails total was $70 but that's including the price with the gems and everything else I got along with it. Do not go here. Their motto might as well be "wrap 'em out and get 'em out" because that's exactly how they treat customers--rushed and careless! All to make money one right after the other!!! After my visit, I ended up with a fungus on one nail, and my nails were left thick and poorly shaped. This salon clearly prioritizes speed over quality or hygiene. I have gone her a handful of times. Normally they do ok. My daughters come here often. Today we came to just get a manicure. I took my artificial nails off about 6 weeks ago and my nails and cuticles are in bad shape. I waited to get then done until today. I feel like it was very rushed and I didn't get a proper manicure. She used the drill to try to even my nails out, and buffed them very lightly, almost not at all. Had a little soak. There was no cuticle push back and I have a-lot over grown into my nails. She did cut some of my cuticles and hangnails but they arent even and they still look horrible. The shellac is patchy looking, and on my cuticles that she didn't push back. I will have to push them back when it grows out a little. My daughter also came in for a manicure and a fill for her builder gel. She had to ask for the guy to cut her cuticles. I feel for the price they charge they should at least do the bare minimum. Im not sure I will be back. I understand there wasnt much to start with but also i should have to give myself a manicure before going to get a manicur. Its just disappointin. read more

I went here as a first time manicure trial with my 6 year old daughter. Unfortunately that is the level it stayed at. I got a Gel manicure for myself and unfortunately it did not turn out well at all. I left with nail polish on my hands, uneven, my cuticles were painted on etc. read more

Yesterday was my first visit here. My friend and I were in Grand Blanc and this location was recommended to us. We were able to walk right in which was convenient, and we waited about fifteen minutes. Not a big deal for not having an appointment. We both asked for a dip manicure and realized about ten minutes in that there was no "manicure" being done. I was kind of bummed given the fact that my cuticles could have really used it! The dip process was pretty quick but the last part the nail tech used a white powder which turned my color sort of grainy. I definitely did not ask for or care for that! When I left and looked at my nails in the light I realized that the top coat was not smooth and it's pretty noticeable. Never ever think that there is such a thing as a "deal" anywhere! Ok. This was my second visit and by far the worst yet. My first encounter was so so, I had Ben which he was ok but not over the top welcoming nor friendly, nails were god though. Today went in again for a new polish change and from the monument we walked in they were (2 girls) extremely RUDE, they never said hello or nothing, I told them what I was looking for and all they said was "you pick color" then we waited for our turn. My friend and I sat down which we came together and 1 girl worked on both of us but both workers started with us, but another walk in customer came in after us and the 1 girl worked on her and left us 2 for the other girl. This is the worst nail place I've ever been to. The service was horrible. They didn't do any foot massage, cut my pinky toe pretty good and then used a hard nail brush on the top of my feet?? Horrible place. Walked in right before a group of 4 people. I had called ahead to ask for an appointment and they told me they could take me. I just wanted a polish removal and reapplication (shellac). I have had my nails done with shellac in many different places for years now. I sat down and was out of the salon within 10 minutes. I feel that they rushed each curing between coats because either they were in a hurry or they just sucked that bad. She didn't cut them down as much as I had wanted, but I thought, ok maybe if I am in a hurry, this place is good to go to. The cost was $20 for a removal and reapplication (no manicure), and I left a $5 tip. Not bad for 10 or less minutes (not even kidding). The manicure has felt soft since the beginning. Usually shellac is pretty hard to the touch. You could dent this manicure easily with your nail. Within 3 days, it was already peeling and chipping. Will never go back. Not only did the service disappoint, the product was awful as well. I should've paid more attention to all of the other poor reviews on this place. OP Nail in Grand Blanc is worth the extra 5 minute drive north for quality service and product. read more

The female nail techs were very rude. Someone came in 20 minutes after me and another tech helped her first because I was with someone else who was being helped by someone else. So I had to wait. Then I asked a question about color and the tech literally yelled at me. My younger daughter was with me sitting in the waiting room and when she came to ask me a question the tech yelled at her right in front of me. She told her she wasn't allowed in the back to see me. Well... it's always a hit or miss with this place. 3/10 is my rating. Me and two of my friends went to get our nails done and they ended up being horrendous this time for a New Years party. My friend got a fill and fix (fixes are free) and they charged her $60, the design she got didn't look anything like the pictures she showed and she cut and burned two of her fingers. I got a fill with a simple line design, the guy who did my nails messed not only the design up but the shape and length as well. I asked him multiple times to fix the length bc one of my middle fingers was way shorter than my other one and when i said smtg he told me there was no difference in length and proceeded to cut my finger and make it bleed. Three of my fingers are crooked and lumpy. He charged me $35 for a fill opposed to my first friend getting charged $60. My other friend got a full set and she hates it. I don't even know what to say the experience was so terrible. Got a set of Dipping nails and they started chipping within a week. Called and was told they'd redo the set got there and was charged full price. It's unfortunate that communication is poor because there's no English speaking person there. $75 in 2 weeks is ridiculous for the worst Nails I've ever had. Should have known when I came in the first time and people were lounging on couches with their phones in their faces and they were employees. I feel like I need to clarify these bad reviews- your not going to a spa, your not getting a 100$ manicure with tranquil music and wine. My friend and I went to Nail Bliss today and we were both extremely disappointed. If I could give a negative star review I would. The services they provided were done so poorly, it makes me wonder if the staff has ever received ANY training of any kind. We both had pedicures and manicures. They didn't trim the cuticles or even file the nails evenly!! No lotion or anything. My heels feel exactly like they did BEFORE I received the pedicure. They made my friend wait so long her feet shriveled up by the time she got them out of soaking. It was really offensive and not anywhere near worth the price!!!! i really hate leaving bad reviews but honestly please find somewhere else to go. i came in for a pedicure and manicure with gel polish. pedicure was great. my nails, however, not happy. i specifically told the young girl to NOT use the power nail file. she did it anyways to "trim" my cuticles and she cut me! i paid for a manicure and all i got was gel polish and a bleeding thumb. the prices are comparable to other salons and the place "looked" clean but i didn't see anything that was actually sanitized. all files and tools were just pulled from a drawer. do not risk it, folks. go somewhere else. read more

I would also rate this place a negative if I could. Me and my two daughters ages 13 and 17 were there yesterday, I got regular mani and pedi and both of my girls got pedi's and shellac mani's. My clear polish visibly did not cover my entire nail - a good 2mm from the cuticles and within two hours polish on fingers and toes had chipped off edges. Thank goodness I had my own polish (brand new OPI) because I have to repaint them this morn. Both girls had shellac crossing over the cuticle onto their skin - on several fingers. They never got the hand massage, never got cuticles trimmed and the woman owner tried to file her nails after the shellac was cured - of course to no avail. The woman owner never filed my daughters toes, never cut her cuticles and she did not get a foot massage whatsoever either. She did both pedi and shellac mani in 30 min or less -no lie. Long story long - I paid $140 for nail painting - the mani and pedi parts were left out. I will never go back and will tell everyone to not go there. Expensive lesson learned. Shame on them for extremely poor quality workmanship and shame on me for paying for it. read more
