We received a very pleasant greeting and were immediately taken back to our pedicure table. My station's basket included a cup filled with a large number of instruments. I asked it they were sterile and the basket was removed and a new cup of instruments were provided. All and all my pedicure went well. The top coat is a little lack luster. I do not get shellac as toenail polish lasts a long time for me. I just touch up with a topcoat as needed. Nice staff. Clean salon read more

I had a hair appointment down the street so this nail salon was close by and I thought, " I have really never had a terrible pedicure," so what the heck? I should have walked out when I noticed they do not use plastic liners in their pedicure bowls. I thought it was state mandated but maybe just a guideline, but during Covid? Then she took out her tools and they were clearly not disinfected in any way other than wiped with alcohol! I cringed. But I stayed. I thought I would nicely speak to the owner or manager when I was done but decided instead to complain to the state health board. It was clear that most of the clients were regulars and I wondered how incredibly risky, vaccinated or not, a visit to this salon is. The pedicure was fine and the technician friendly, but SHE DID NOT WEAR GLOVES OR USE SANITIZER! My mistake fir staying but don't you be a risk taker too. Stay away. Very poor service and terrible job on nails. Daughter went there recently and her nails looked like something we could have done better at home (extremely thick and terrible cuticle work). On top of that they were rude when she complained about them and actually were so aggressive they made her cry. Very unprofessional business and with so many other places in area I'd highly recommend you stay away. read more

I stopped in on a rainy Monday during my lunch because I desperately needed my nails done! I ended up sitting with Brittany and she was fabulous! She asked me if I wanted just a normal shellac polish or French manicure shellac - which I've never been asked before & my nails are always done! She explained that the French is a little more expensive ($30)....but I didn't care. I ended up going with the French & I am obsessed! My nails look amazing - super classy, fresh & natural! Couldn't be more disappointed with the tech Tiffany who did my nails today. She's the owner and not only does her attitude make you feel like a number, she doesn't seem to care about how your nails turn out at all... She didn't take her time, she looked around talking even while shaping my nails which left them ugly and uneven. She has no talent in making a full set look natural. If you want oversized messed up looking nails and a tech with an ungrateful attitude about your business, then she's your girl. read more

Last time I was here they had to charge my Card twice cause the first time it was "canceled" so $80 came out of my account when it was only supposed to be 40...Now I come back to get a fill tonight and they are open until 6 ,, well at 5:30 they refused to do my nails cause she closed it down toooo early. HANDS DOWN THE WORST MANICURE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED. Went to his place because my normal nail place was closed on Sunday. Paid for shellac and my nail was already chipped on Monday. SHE DESTROYED my nails beds when removing shellac from my previous manicure. She COULDN'T WAIT to move onto her next client and she did a Total half ass job. Her name was Megan. My nails have been literally splitting and chipping all week even my boss thought they looked like crap and he is a guy? They look embarrassing disgusting only after 7days since I got the manicure. And now I can get them done by anyone else bc they are to thin and brittle. PAID $50 for my TRASHY manicure and pedicure and I think my dog could have done a better job. read more

12/19/2022, 4:50pm: I was a long-time, loyal client of the owner, Tiffany. I work full-time so, as usual, I had booked appointments in advance, especially for the holidays. I had scheduled 2 appointments in December and went in for my second appointment, only to be told I wasn't on the books. When I questioned that, Tiffany told me that because I had to reschedule a couple of times in the past year, I must call to make appointments. That is what everyone does, call or set the dates while we're there, so I assumed current dates were good. But no, she actually CANCELLED my booking for today without notice. When I asked why, she said her staff found rescheduling "confusing." Tiffany claimed I did it "all the time" and refused to honor the appointment. She said she had a client at 5:15. (My appointment was at 4:30 and I had arrived at 4:15.) Tiffany was finishing with a client then but refused to honor my appointment. This behavior by a business owner, let alone staff, is unprofessional and inexcusable. Fortunately, it's only a manicure and I have already found another neighborhood salon. read more

My friend and I tried this nail salon because it is close to her house. They are very friendly, speak English, and converse with you. It was a really nice change from the usual nail experience I'm used to, where you feel like you are rushed in and rushed out. My friend is much more bold than me, she got crazy nail art and brought a picture. Her nail tech got it perfect and it looked amazing. I just get a French acrylic fill but it definitely looks great. My tech was very gentle, and suggested a pretty subtle Glitter and I love it. Not to mention the price being very reasonable! They were quick but not rushed and it was an overall great place. I'm so glad we tried this place, and i will make an appt to make sure we get the same girls again. A must try! read more

I couldn't tell you how their nails look but I can tell you about their customer service. Walked in and all stations were full which was fine, I had time to kill. Picked out my polish and was asked what service was needed... polish change and eyebrow... she said they were so busy and I smiled and said that was fine but she kept shaking her head... So I went in here on Saturday to get a Mani and Pedicure with my mom and I called ahead for an appointment at 1:30 and when I got there they were going to set me up and I told the girl I like the water hot and she said 'well we have been doing pedicures ALL day so the water is only lukewarm' I felt the water it was ICE COLD as in FREEZING. Needless to say i did NOT get a pedicure and then she was like 'do you still want a manicure?' NO! I am pretty sure there is a health code violation or something that would deem this place unsanitary due to NO hot water.....I have not heard of a salon EVER running out of hot water. Worst full set I've ever received! Most of the nail techs speak very poor English and are hard to communicate with. The woman was VERY rushed, so rushed that she even passed me to another tech to finish up my nails. In the end they were much longer than what I wanted despite me telling her multiple times to take them shorter, not a single one of them is flat or smooth, and all of them are filed crooked. My skin was glued to 3 of my nails and the polish started chipping the next day. I will never return to this place. The salon was VERY plain, and appeared to be clean until my daughter decided to take off her shoes and walk around. Her feet were filthy by the time we left. read more

My second time here for a pedicure. They are great! Take care of business and not make you feel rushed. They handle you well, nice oils, lotions and finished me off with a nice warm towel. My wife uses this place so I went there and used her gal Meagan. Makes a guy want to do this more often. I only wonder about tool cleaning practices. If I could have seen their process I would have handed out a fifth star. read more

I got a mani and pedi. While getting my pedi, another customer started to complain about the woman who did her pedi(who happened to be the women doing my pedi.) She said it was the worst pedi she ever received and the woman in charge never apologized or tried to make it right. In fact, she asked the customer why she was putting her in the middle of it. I can understand why she thought it was a bad pedi, the woman never massaged my feet and they felt more rough when I left. My french mani was uneven and the shellac was on my skin, which then peeled off in places after a week. I would not ever go back. Although most the girls were nice, the end result was bad and the woman in charge was unprofessional. read more

I've popped into this place three times now and each time I've been really happy. The techs do a careful, yet efficient job on my nails. Tonight I was in a bit of a rush because I had to pick up my daughter, yet my tech did a high quality mani AND pedi! The ladies in there are so friendly, too! One thing I really appreciate is that I have a couple callus parts on my big toes, and instead of using the "cheese grater" like most places, they are very good with using a pumice stone instead, which keeps my feet smoother for longer. The other tool is great right after the pedi, but makes my skin really rough in the following few days afterward. read more

I have been here several times for pedicures and have always been very pleased, but this time I decided to get my acrylics filled as well. A patient at the office I work at had her nails done and they looked great, she said she got them done here and they always do a great job, and she wasn't lying. Brittany did my fill and was extremely friendly and helpful and was patient with me trying to figure out a nail art design. I normally just do one solid color but I decided to switch it up this time. Brittany hand painted a flower on each ring finger and it looks fantastic. The price was very reasonable, the salon is always nice, as well as the other employees, it's quick but efficient and I've gotten so many compliments on my nails! I can't wait to go back! read more

I have been to many places to have my nails done and this place hands down it the best! You feel right at home when you are there! They all do an amazing job, prices are good too. They treat you like your a friend and take the time to talk with you when your getting your nails done! I have only had two girls work on me Brittany and Ashley and they are both amazing!! Even when I was with them the other works took time out to talk with me also. Went in for a pedicure. This is my third visit and I'm very pleased with their work. They really take their time.....which is why I was shocked at the tech's behavior after my pedicure. We both commented earlier how slow it was in the salon, and after the pedi, I went to the fan area (table for drying nails) and read a magazine while she processed my bill. I always give a good tip (40%) because their prices are reasonable. Apparently, I stayed too long at drying table. She asked me if I was going to wear the disposable flip flops out of the salon (Yes, I said) so she says "You can go now....". "Okay" I said, finishing an article in a magazine. That wasn't good enough for her I guess, because she circled around me only 30 seconds later saying "Okaaaay...you go now." No one else was sitting at the table. There were two customers in the salon. Up until this point, I tolerated them speaking a different language in front of me (the height of rudeness) because it seems to occur at every salon. If someone is still kind to me, it usually doesn't matter. This, however, was beyond rude. I was so embarrassed, I felt my face turn red, told her I hope she enjoys her tip, and walked out.
