Awful - went here as a walk-in and not my normal spot. Pedicure - guy wasn't friendly; he clipped my toe nails without asking if I wanted them clipped (I didn't) I just wanted them filed/reshaped but before I knew it he went right in with the clippers (I was still picking a color so I didn't see it right away) and half-ass scrubbed my heels leaving them worse than they were when I walked in. Nail fill - the lady I was handed to - worst ever! I got fat ass acrylic nails now (super thick) and I told her I didn't want length off just cleaned up shape and I walked out with shorter nails and the shape was like an inverted square (shorter in the middle of nail and long pointy corners). My white gel looks rippled and the old gel is still visible through the new gel. I had to reshape and redo my nails quickly as I had a trip the next morning, so I didn't even take a picture. Went back in after I got my nails done to talk to the so called "owner" of the place. She put my card back into the register to give me a full refund that would be back on my card in 3-5business days so I've been checking my account and ever since then I finally found out that she suspended my refund and still kept my $56 dollars she charged on my card. I never got the refund back this is the worst place!! A literal SCAM!! The owner is disrespectful and think she is entitled. Worst place in Great Falls to ever go to! Worse manicure I've ever had. After the two attempts at dip polish (first one had hair and debris under most of the dip polish and uneven polish, second attempt I had polish all over my skin on every finger), I asked for it to be removed. It was aggressively removed causing my skin to break open. As I was leaving, a worker rudely asked me to find somewhere else to go next time. read more

I've been here a couple times until I found Legacy Nails (which is fantastic), Legacy was closed for a family event so I had to go here to get my acrylics taken off. I walked in and no one greeted me, so I just stood there for literally like 10 min until someone finally came up and asked what I needed. She took my nails off rather aggressively and I kept telling her it was painful and I'd rather have them soaked off but she said this way was faster and easy. I left there paying $10 and still have small fragments of acrylics still stuck on my nails which is really painful to try to take off by myself. I'm going back to legacy tomorrow. Never going here again read more

By far the worst manicure I've ever received. I arrived at the time they opened, and I was seated immediately. My manicure was off to a good start but a few customers walked in about 5 minutes into my service and the person helping me started to rush my manicure. Alec were so aggressive with the cuticle cutter, didn't even push my cuticles back prior to trying to rip my skin off. Only one hand was allowed to soak so they can finish sooner, literally dipped my other hand in the water for a second and pulled it back out and started ripping my skin off. The polish was also rushed and sloppy so I asked for a third coat which was done very poorly. My hand wasn't even in the UV light for the full 45 seconds as my manicurist kept pulling it away to finish sooner. And to top it off, my nails are crooked and I was charged more than quoted before my services began. The extra charge was not explained to me until it was time to pay, and it should have been disclosed to me when I inquired before. Here are my nails 10 minutes after leaving. Just awful. read more

I love this nail shop. They never cut up my cuticles. I usually get a dip done and it lasts for at least a month before I need to get it redone. Pedicures are always done well and it's a relaxing experience. The atmosphere is nice and they have always been kind. Even when one time my nails went 40 min past closing. Got a gel pedicure over a month ago and the polish hasn't chipped! They do take walk-ins, but you should definitely call ahead too make sure they aren't too busy. I have always enjoyed getting my nails done here. Luke & Tammy always do a wonderful job and are willing to satisfy their customers. However, some of their employees are not. I got a pedicure the other day and the lady (Lisa) got the gel all over my toes and just rubbed lotion on my legs--no massage. My first time going to have my nails done. The young man who did my nails did not speak great English. I tried to explain what I wanted and he said ok. When I asked for shorter nails he acted like he didn't hear me for awhile, then when he acknowledged me he rolled his eyes and I finally said never mind. He built the nails up so much that there is a mound on top of each nail. He left nail polish all over my hands and I received no instructions as to how to care for my nails or when I should return. The quality of work done was far superior to any nail services performed by others in town!! Highly recommend based on the excellent job they did on my nails. Only negative is that they don't heave a good system for appts as they try to accommodate everyone. Wait times are not accurate at all. Once in, they do a great job. read more
