My 17 year old niece went here for a gel manicure today paid 45$ plus tip. The manicurist, a woman around 50 was so incredibly rough with her hands she was bleeding! The woman cut her skin! Saw it and did nothing. Of course since my niece is young she didn't say anything! She also scraped SO hard under her nails she was in pain! I WILL be calling Fashion Nails tomorrow as they injured her and I hope she doesn't get an infection! Do NOT recommend. read more

So my husband and I visited this spa yesterday for some pampering. I had an appointment and frequent this business but at the last minute I talked my husband into some pampering as well. His first time ever getting a mani and pedi. They made him feel so comfortable and welcome. We had Amy, Ai, Hiep and Johnny all work on us. We had pedicures, nail fills with nail art and manicure. Fashion Nails was fantastic super friendly staff who went out of their way to give us a nice pampering session. We highly recommend this Spa. Went to get a pedicure with 3 friends, and the employees were saying horrible things about us in their language. We were using a translator and understood their rude, insulting comments. One comment was, " they look like typical Montanans," than laughed. They were talking about my autoimmune disease on my legs that presents with a rash. Maybe they should reflect that they make their living by "typical Montanans" paying for a service! I will let EVERYONE know about my experience.....it was horrible. No tip for you! read more

I went in for a spa pedicure and gel manicure based on a friend's recommendation. During the pedicure the girl was so aggressive with the tools that I kept having to pull my foot away and tell her it hurt.. And I don't have sensitive feet. She was so aggressive while using the cuticle tool on my big toe that it bled. And she scrubbed my legs and feet so hard they stung well after I got home. In the end the pedicure was a good job, it was just so so painful (so much for the relaxation I went in for). They manicure started and again, she continued to jab into my cuticles with the tool! The pic shows one of two cuticles on my hands that she caused to bleed. THEN, halfway thru the manicure she asked if she could take a break. I said..sure. she motioned to a customer in the waiting area and the two of them went into one of the back rooms. I said there for the next 20 minutes wondering what happened to MY appt? Finally I got up, with buffed and rough, unfinished fingernails, and went to the front to pay for the pedicure. I had run out of time to finish the manicure and with my girl nowhere in site, I didn't know how much longer it would be. I mean, she stopped in the middle of my appt to take another customer and just left me sitting there!? The guy at the front looked confused when he turned to my girl to confirm what I was paying for. He looked back at me and I told him what happened. He said he'd go find her but I told him I'd run out of time. He told me to just pay for the pedicure and dont worry about the manicure ...well...yeah!? I have an important event to go to tomorrow and I have rough, unfinished fingernails, many sore cuticles and skin on my feet and legs that were left red and burning from agressive scrubbing. Needless to say I'm spreading the word on my treatment there and the actual pain I was put thru. I'm not very picky and have gotten pedicures for decades and this is probably the unhappiest I've been. I didnt get the name of the girl who they put me with so maybe the others do a better job but I won't be back to find out. read more

Well I wouldn't want to spend my money here after the 2nd visit! The service was aight got my nail and toes done by the old lady(table 5), she was rushing throughout her service even cut me to bleed! The whole shop was dirty, kids toys everywhere, the floor is dusty and slippery, all of the sink is disgusting lol seem like they never cleaned it! and omg the toilet is out of control, I literally saw pee and poo on the toilet bowl. at first all went very well with my tech Ashley, when I went to get my nails put on, she wanted to do the "coffin" so I tried the first one. I did not like the look on my hands!!! I told her I didn't think so, she became angry she threw the file and told me "I would never learn if I didn't try new things!!" Very disappointed. It's been a week since I got my nails done and they are already lifting and peeling. The staff here was nice and they had a good selection of colors but my appointment for a plain dip manicure no repairs or extras required took an hour and 15 min from the time I sat down in the chair and he started to when he was finished. The shape is distorted and extremely thick and 7 of my fingers had bleeding cuticles afterwards. Sadly will not be trying again. read more

I didn't get the name of the lady who helped me but she was beyond amazing! Every time she added or did something to my nails she had me check to make sure it was what I liked before she continued. Just got a deluxe mani and pedi. Cost was $80, $30 for the mani and $50 for the pedi. Another $10 to remove the gel on my nails so $90 all together. Lady did an ok job. Seems it needed another coat but whatever. No aromatics in the water like it says on the menu, and I asked for lavender and she did lavender on my feet but rose on my hands.. Very rushed massage and she did not do the hot towel wraps on my hands or feet. I told the guy at the front when paying and he asked her and then argued with me saying she did the deluxe and I explained yes except for the hot towels. If I pay for the deluxe I expect to get what is listed on the menu for that item. Overall the fact that he argued with me really put me off and I probably won't be back. I even still gave her a $15 tip, so $105 for a mani pedi that I was not super happy with. read more
