Easy enough, right? She didn't compare the lengths of my nails to each other, and she didn't make them straight. They are uneven & flare out like shovels. The closer she was getting to putting polish on my nails, the more she kept asking me if I wanted shellac. I understand that they want to make more money, but they kept trying to sell me something I clearly did not want to buy. On top of all this, another nail tech completely butchered my friend's nails. Overall, this nail salon needs to work on customer service & maybe freshen up on their training. I do not recommend this nail salon. UPDATE: I wanted to give them a second shot since I felt like writing them a bad review after just one time of what seemed to be a miscommunication wasn't very fair.
