I have been here three times now and the staff is always very friendly. I haven't made an appointment and I always go at lunch time and while the place has been fairly busy, I haven't had to wait more than 10 minutes. There's a large selection of colors to choose from. I usually get the step up from the basic pedi (might be named deluxe, but can't remember). This pedi is about an hour long and involves longer leg and food massage which is always great! It also includes a mask and lotion in which you get to pick your scent/benefits. I've done the olive oil twice and the grapefruit once. I love the smell of the grapefruit! The pedi chairs are very comfortable with a good massaging system as well. The last time I was in, I opted for a gel mani as well with Kati. She did a great job and a week later my nails still look super fresh and pretty! She was gentle on my nails and cuticles and took her time to ensure the finished look was perfect. I deducted one star because two of the times I got a pedi, I realized a couple nails were filed crooked. I need to get better at inspecting before I leave so they can fix any issues. So my recommendation is just to give your file job a quick look over before you leave. read more

I tried this nail salon but it is now call G Nails. I've tried about 5-6 nail places in Florida because they don't do nails like I'm used to. I'm from New York and they do somethings different. The place was very clean and the owner was very friendly and knowledgeable. read more

If I could give this establishment, zero stars, I most certainly would..My cousin and I arrived together, and we were told that we cant sit next to each other..WTF? There was ONE color wheel to choose nail colors from...nothing much to pick from..When my cousin and I left, as we past this establishment and the entire staff was standing outside spewing profanities and giving us the finger. REALLY a classy joint..A must skip!!! read more

The worst place ever!!! Two nail techs ASKED ME what the FORMER nail person used on my nails - As IF I AM A NAIL TECH AND DO NAILS AND KNOW!!!! DONT GO TO THESE IDIOTS!! When I said I didnt know, they persisted - I told them over and over, what I always say "I want a fill with gel polish, period" to which they said no, it isnt acrylic...its something else...(I'm like all I want is my nails done!!! ) so I got upset and raised my voice and said I dont know what they put on my nails! I just want them done and the owner threw me out!!! dont go to this toxic ridiculous place. do any of you know what I they mix to put on your nails with? if you did- you would be doing the nails- and wouldnt need them....right? read more

I came here to brag about how amazing and wonderful Wendy my nail tech is. She really lights everything up. It's a nice and clean nail salon and the owners are very polite. But Wendy really is the best part. First of all, her skills are beyond amazing and every single time I want a new style she's able to do it. Second, you will never feel awkward or uncomfortable because she is so conversational to the point where you feel like best friends. My nail tech is a nice lady but the instant she held my hand I knew It wouldn't be good. I have had acrylic nails for more that 30 years. I know what the experience is going to be fairly quickly in the process. This lady does not know how to apply acrylic. It was not bad enough my nails are shaped every which way but the nail polish looks like a ten year old applied. I thought I'd try a new place but I'm going back to my regular nail tech. read more

Started coming to nail depot a couple of months ago to get my pedicure done. If you know me then you know how picky I am, especially when it comes to touching my feet. Its the reason I did my own for years at home but the only reason I looked for a place is that I had an ingrown toenail and couldn't take care of it myself. Luckily Nail Depot did a great job and prevented it from getting worse. Yudi is the nail technician I used and she caused me no pain at all. I was so happy with the service that I now get my pedicures done by her only. She always greets me with a big smile. She does my pedicure quick but ends up done very good and doesn't look rushed. My feet end up feeling so smooth and looking very good. And they keep the pedicure stations very clean read more

I went to Nail Depot as they seemed very sweet over the phone. When my cousin and I arrived, we were told by a very snooty tech that we couldnt sit next to each other..Really?? Why not??? The manager..lol..gave us ONE color wheel to choose a color..One wheel?? Really??? They were so incredibly inappropriate that my cousin and I left as we were followed and told "to never come back".. Well, everyone was very nice, but the place is pretty grungy looking. Pedicure was pretty good. Manicure just so-so. I got powder dip, and they don't do a powder base coat or powder top coat. Also the polish itself is kind of thick looking. Like it looks a little like I have fake nails on. So I probably wouldn't go back unless i was desperate. read more

Actual worst nail salon ever. They take forever to do your nails and they don't even come out good. Nobody knows how to do any nail art at all. Not even ombré. My friends simple French manicure took two. They switched me around from person to person because no one could figure anything out. At the end of it all I was charged for horrible nails that fell off as soon as I left. read more

I had a fantastic pedicure with a lavender soak and scrub treatment, and a gorgeous gel manicure by Maricela. All the manicurists are friendly and give off a happy vibe at this spacious salon. It is bright, and well-appointed with massaging pedicure chairs. They are attentive to current (Covid) health protocols with ample distance and plexiglass partitions between stations. I took a gamble this morning and went to Nail Depot for a powder gel manicure. I live out of town and was desperate. The staff COULDN'T have been nicer or more eager to please. Greg immediately gave me an appointment with Lina and she was WONDERFUL! She was engaging and smiley and chatty and interesting. She even offered me coffee and a donut. I immediately felt at home. Even my usual nail salon back home doesn't give me that personal treatment. Nail Depot appeared to be extremely clean and well organized too. I moved from Boynton and wanted to find a nail salon close to my house. This is the closest, so I thought I'd give it a try. The salon is very clean and the staff very friendly. My appointment was with Elvia, who was beyond meticulous and did a really outstanding job on my acrylic fill and pedicure. Got these done 3 days ago. The work is nice some nails are uneven and not quite coffin. Wasn't worth the $55 I was charged. For regular gel nails only 4 out of 10 have the gold ombré look. Not worth it. read more

I've gone here about 4 times as a walk in for nex gen/dip manicure and each experience was excellent! Everyone is very friendly and I end up getting a high-quality manicure for a steal when you compare the cost to other salons in the area. I've never had trouble as a walk-in, but I've also gone during off hours! read more

Yudi is the best manicurist! I am an athlete & she always fixes my acrylics right up no matter how badly I've banged them up! Came here with my cousin for a couple pedicures while in town for the weekend. Was happy to be accommodated for a last-minute reservation but overall very disappointed in my experience. The tub water was lukewarm (even asking repeatedly for it to be hotter) and was never instructed to turn on the massage chair or how it operated. After playing with it myself for a few minutes, the nail tech said she was new and didn't know how to operate it. Another few minutes in, the receptionist also tried turning it on only to discover it was broken. Not a huge deal, but kind of a bummer and would've been discovered had she offered to turn it on. Lastly, and most importantly, my pedicure lasted under 10 minutes and didn't include more than half of the typical services provided for even the most basic pedicure. I know this because my cousin, who was seated right next to me, had the same service I did and got twice the services and double the time. When I subtly mentioned this to the receptionist (who I presume is the owner) she responded with "yeah, she's very quick"... quick isn't a good thing and while she could clearly see I wasn't too happy, didn't seem to genuinely care. As a business owner myself, I'm never one to leave bad reviews or complain about small inconveniences but I was charged full price for a half priced service. If I was in the area again, I'd definitely seek spa services elsewhere. read more

I've put my time in traveling from one Delray Beach salon to another. By far Nail Depot has been the best. Everyone speaks English which is quite pleasant. I've gone through the majority of nail technicians to see whom I like best. Sonya provides the best nail art in my opinion. She's creative with designs, is it not afraid to take on new challenges and does clean work. My only suggestion is that she provides other services such as waxing so that tipping isn't all over the place...that becomes costly. Staff are accommodating, calling for appointments always run smooth and I'm always satisfied when I leave. I love this place! read more

Patty does a great job on manicures and pedicures. She is very creative and has a selection of nail art she can incorporate into your mani and/or pedi color. For Christmas, I got a couple of snowflakes. The previous time she did a sort of hombre effect using gel on my fingernails combined with a sparkly color she painted on the tips over the base color, and then used a differently shaped brush to create the sparkly tip effect. I highly recommend Nail Depot and Patty specifically. Hmmm...what should I get next time? read more

I went in for dip and pedicure. The lady that did the service was super sweet and did a great job. However, my nails did not make it to 1 week. I have been getting dip nails for 5 years now. She missed doing a base layer. My 1st nail chipped after 2 days. They start lifting and cracking. Also the top was not smooth. Would not recommend this place for dip nails. read more

Today was my 1st visit and I was very pleased. The only issue was I thought he said $2 two dollar more but apparently $2 was really $10 so I paid $8 more than expected. I did white tip with gel acrylic. They look great and feel great. $35 + tip. They so offered to stay open past closing of I wanted a pedicure or wax service. That was nice. I think me and my hubby will get a couples pedicures. They were friendly and happy. I will be returning and expecting the great quality service I received today. read more

I needed to find a new place as my girl moved too far away. I've been here twice and so far, so good. The decor is modern but warm, it's very clean and everyone is very friendly. Both times I've been here, they've been on time, they pay close attention to my very picky requests and work fast. I returned to the salon this evening, as I am flying out today for my wedding, to request a voucher for a polish change when I return after the wedding. I explained that I could not have it fixed immediately because flying, socks, and closed shoes would ruin the polish again. The manager refused, stating I had to come back within one week for it to be fixed--despite the issue being caused by being sent home with wet polish. I return three days after their one-week policy, and there was no flexibility or customer service offered. I was told the best they could do was $5 off a future pedicure, which completely missed the point. I'm now forced to pay twice--once for this ruined pedicure and again in New York before my wedding. I regularly spend over $100 per manicure and pedicure and tip generously, and I was very surprised by the lack of professionalism and resolution. While the technicians were excellent, the management's handling of this situation was extremely disappointing. I truly wish this had been handled differently.

We were greeted with big smiles and I was shown an extensive menu of pedicure options. I went with the most expensive options because my feet needed as much care as possible after a brutal Chicago winter. At $75 it was definitely more than I spend on pedicures back home, but I was really happy with the results and can see why my mother is such a fan of Ultimate Nails. My toes looked pretty in flip flops for vacation and will feel good hidden in my boots for the rest of winter now that I"m back home.

I drove the 5.6 miles to their Boynton Beach salon and got a really good manicure, and my nail tech was excellent. She is a very warm, inviting and kind person. She is a very accommodating, highly skilled and professional nail tech. She got me right in although she was closing in less than an hour and gave me the works! The best manicure and pedicure that I've ever had. Very CLEAN...Very Relaxing...My nails were PERFECTLY SHAPED & POLISHED to perfection! I mean the whole experience was top notch. I'm a bit of a perfectionist when it comes to my nails and other beauty services. I don't like to look at my nails for a week or so and not smile and feel good about them. I expect to get what I pay for not only a nice service but a nice experience. Jada gave me both! On top of that she answered my burning questions about my nails. Why do I have all these ridges and my nails don't look healthy anymore? She explained how some nail services are not good long term and you should take a break and always care for your natural nails. So my daughter and I were in a pinch and needed a nail salon to do our nails. The front desk person was really nice and got us in within 15 min or so. My nails so far are okay but my daughters nails are a mess. Two days later her polish peeled off on two of her nails and one is chipped. I'm attaching pictures. I also think they overcharged us for our gel full sets and the fact that I paid this crazy amount and now her nails are falling off is kind of ridiculous. I can't go back and have them fix them since she's out of town. My daughter mentioned that she believed the person doing her nails did not dip her brush in the correct liquid so she's pretty sure all her nails are going to peel. I have been coming to nail depot for years & years... Everyone here is absolutely wonderful...very family oriented & a lot of fun... My tech, Claudia is AMAZING!!! Not only is she professional & knowledgable but fun & loving all the same... AND I promise you it will be the BEST pedicure you will ever receive....She recently introduced me to a new product called nexgen. It's not an acrylic & doesn't ruin your nails... it actually strengthens them bc there are no harsh chemicals. I LOVE it... Patti is THE BEST!!!!! I have been seeing her as my Nail Tech for many years and wouldn't change her for anyone else. Besides being thorough and accommodating, she's the sweetest person you will ever meet. If you ever want something a little more "over the top" (like I always do) she's very artistic and will always come up with something to go along with my crazy nail ideas. Hey there. I am coming to this place for years so needless to say I am a happy customer!One can walk in or make an appointment. All the girls are great so even if your favorite is not available don't think twice and allow another one to service you. I do my nails with Wendy who is a doll...About once a month I do a pedi as well and i never had a bad one. In my 65 years I have been to MANY MANY different spas and nail salons all over South Florida. I must say, today I received the very best gel polish and fabulous pedicure. I have never had such a complete, thorough pedicure anywhere. The technician, Debbie A, took soooooo much time with my poor tired feet, they felt so good and reguvinated when she was finished. I have been coming to Nail Depot for several years, but this year I switched from acrylic nails to Nexgen. Claudia does an amazing job, and my nails stay shiny and beautiful for a month! Even though I work in an office, my nails never break or chip. I highly recommend Claudia for fabulous pedicures and Nexgen manicures. I always visit this Salon when I'm in Delray Beach. Greg runs a solid shop where service is prompt and attentive. Services are well priced. Many of the techs have worked there for years which says a lot in this business. Pedicure chairs recline and massage for comfort during the service and most importantly tubs are lined for a sanitary experience. You won't be disappointed! read more
