Very spacious nail salon and cleanliness is an 8.5. I was very disappointed with my service. I got the basic pedicure done which was $22. The lady was nice but the basic pedicure was well.... BASIC. No sugar scrub included and a half ass massage (excuse my language). She did a great job at the cuticle care but not with the pumice stone. Anyways I just wanted solid white nail polish so she did and then i asked for a design. No flowers, nothing fancy just my fiancé's initials.... BIG MISTAKE. I understand English is not her first language so it was probably difficult to understand but being the millennial i am, I used Snapchat and drew for her what i wanted. Dirty place, I went in for just a color change on my nails. The girl put her smock on and it was filthy. She painted my nails with gel polish and got just as much paint on my cuticles and fingers as she did my nail bed. When she noticed it, she took the edge of her own nail to scrape it off but all she did was smear it. I did not even bother to say anything, she knew it was crap, just didn't care. ZERO customers in the building and 2 employees sitting watching TV... and I was told to come back tomorrow ‍ I wish I could comment on the quality of work but unfortunately , I didn't even get that far. This salon was recommended to me, and I could not be more pleased. I had been driving some distance to a salon that I considered only adequate. These ladies were professional and efficient, and my nails, pedicure, and facial waxing were top notch -- and very reasonably priced. First time I went at 5:45 they were closed, even though the door said they were open til 8. When I finally got back, I walked in and there was one lady working and the other two we're lounging in the massage chairs watching a movie. I guess they thought I walked in with the ladies in front of me because they never even asked me what service I needed. 20 minutes later, they finally asked and one of the ladies woke up to do my pedicure. She actually did a pretty good job, but clearly didn't speak any English. Don't know that I'll go back. read more

These ladies are so sweet. I tried multiple salons in this area and these ladies get it right. No upsell, just service. There may not be 6 techs on call, however, these ladies are very responsible and understand what you need. Their English may not be the most proficient yet they are kind. I went there to get an eyebrow wax,came home with a unibrow.They rush you in and out of there in no time flat!They didn't shape my brows at all!They barely waxed them,I had hair in places where the woman 'waxed' them at!She slammed oil all over them afterwards before I could politely ask her to re-wax them.Then when it came time to pay I payed her with a 20,and she slammed the register shut.Went back to working on someones feet.SHE KEPT A 13 DOLLAR TIP?! The problem here is they can't speak English. There is one who THINKS she can, the sister of the owner, who isn't present at least when I've gone. The result is she talks loudly to repeat words that you simply cannot get the meaning of, and it's very annoying. Also, she tries to tell the client what they should want, and doesn't listen, no doubt because she can't understand. Place is nice, immaculate, gal who does pedis, Lee, is very good. read more

I've tried this place numerous times and there's always a wait because they're under staffed. Only 3 people working on a Saturday!?! We walked in and they had 6 people in chairs, 3 were getting pedis and the other 3 were sitting in chairs waiting to be done. They told us 15 minute wait. I go here regularly for nails, pedicure, and facial wax, and have for the past three years. I am very satisfied with the quality of the services, and I have had no problems communicating (they understand English better than they speak it; I am comfortable with non-native speakers). I especially recommend Lisa. I always go as a walk-in, and I have never had to wait longer than ten minutes. Of course, I try to time my visits for non-peak days and hours. read more

I had been pleased with this nail salon. Went today for a pedicure and they were busy right at opening. I was charged $25 for what I felt was just a basic service. No extra's. She even started complaining to the only other costumer in the salon right in front of my wife ABOUT my wife.
