Today is the third time someone in my family has had an appointment, then had to wait beyond the…read morescheduled time. There is a different excuse every time, & we always have to wait too long. This defeats the whole point of making an appointment. Based on experiences I've had in the past when I've been told "five more minutes," it often leads to a half hour to 45 minute wait so on today's appointment after we were told "10 minutes" (which was longer) with only one hairdresser being there, I told my son and the owner, very calmly this is the third time this has happened and we are going to go elsewhere. My voice was certainly not raised just stating a fact. The owner then came out to my car, loudly hitting on my window. I rolled it down. I thought maybe she was going to at least say she was done and apologize, but she starts screaming that she did not have the supplies and because her husband died, at the top of her lungs. I rolled up my window without saying a word. I can understand the death of a spouse would be detrimental, but if you can't get it together at work and find you are going up to potential customers, cars and losing your cool, it's time to reassess. Once I rolled my window up without saying a word, she flips me off. I ignored it and drove off. I should've stuck with my first instinct after the first or second time knowing how unprofessional it is here to go other places. Now I have finally learned.

Her space is warm and inviting and Becca is so kind and makes you feel comfortable. I did the Sunna teeth whitening with Becca. It was a lot faster and easier than I anticipated. The entire process was about 30 minutes and painless for me. I had no teeth sensitivity issues during or after the procedure. Before she begins, she looks at your teeth to see what whiteness level you are at and with this system, she can get you at least 2 shade brighter--maybe more depending on how many touch up appointments you do! The process involves a few mouth rinses and whitening formula painted on your teeth. Then, you get to take a nice nap while the laser light shines on your teeth. This best part is that you see results immediately! The aftercare is pretty easy too! She gives you the whitening aftercare gel that you put on your toothpaste each night when you brush. This will help extend the whitening and prevent staining. So easy, right? You just can't drink or eat an hour after your procedure and it is recommended that you stay away from food that are likely to cause stains (red wine, beets, etc...). Super easy, painless procedure with instant and great results! I am so happy with my results and feel so much more confident in my smile.
