I picked out a color like the…read moreone I had on my toenails, and she said it was a different color so I trusted her. when she first applied the color on my toe I said that the color looked too bright and different. She yelled at me saying "do you want the same color or not" and slammed down what she was holding. Other patrons looked and shook their head. I was embarrassed and thought it's only my toes so didn't make a scene. Another tech was working on my nails at the same time and when she was done I mentioned that one foot looked shiny and the other looked dull. He spoke to her I another language, so she came back wiped the dull side slammed down the cloth and said to me "satisfied". I wasn't, so the technician working on my hand nails went over got another bottle of what looked like a top coat and and applied it so then both feet looked similar. I was charged $110.00 because she said she did a manicure which she didn't do before the man took over on my hands. I questioned it but she stood firm. I will talk to the owner. Be aware!!!!!

I went in for a basic manicure. The woman that did my nails didn't seem to have adequate training…read morefor this, or maybe I just caught her at a bad time. My cuticles were pushed, but not trimmed. They were torn on most nails. They didn't use sterile tools. The file she used was so used she had to throw it away. When she painted my nails she used a "dabbing" motion that caused the paint to look terrible and got a lot of paint on my fingers. The top coat she used was called "out the door" and to use that you have to cover the whole nail because it causes shrinking. She only painted top coat on a little bit of each nail. Over all the customer service was lacking, no one even spoke to me not even the lady doing my nails and my nails looked terrible. Not to mention that it was more pricy than my usual salon, or any of the others around town. I'm sorry, but this place isn't that great and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
