I recently visited this shop to see Jackie who is new to the shop. I had heard great things about her at another shop so when I heard she moved to this shop I was even more excited because it's super close to my house! This salon and it's owner /manager are unprofessional. I originally had one tech and for an appointments she didn't show up and she kept doing my nails without taking off my tips for a long time which made the nails thick and heavy. She kept putting polish over them. Then the owner started to do my nails and she drilled off the tips. One time she tried to talk me into just putting a fresh coat of polish over the previous without drilling the old one off. Last draw, I had a nail appt and I arrived on time. I did not need a pedicure and that was a problem for the owner because she had other people to do and she told me that I would have to wait because I told her that I was going to get a pedicure and that's how she scheduled. I said my appointment has always been set at the same time for a while and a pedicure is not needed. She probably over booked. I went to my old place to get nails done and they were horrorified at the layers of colors on my nails. The new salon said that it should have not been done this way. Unprofessional and terrible customer service. I arrived for a pedicure and asked for acrylic tips on my big toes only, which what I have been getting done here every time I have come for a pedicure. Rachel decided she wanted to do poly gel instead of the acrylics tips that I asked for twice, before she even started on my feet. When I told her that I didn't like how they looked after she finished shaping the first toe nail with the poly gel, she then got an attitude with me saying I am always giving her a problem about her work. I responded to her saying that I had asked for acrylic on the big toes more than once and was not given that service and explained this is not what I asked for, so how am I making it a problem when she is causing the problem? She then said she didn't feel comfortable doing my nails so decided not to finish them the way I asked to begin with. She then told me not to come back and tried to charge me full price for an incomplete pedicure. I told her I would pay for the first part of the pedicure but I am not paying full price for work not finished. She then threatened to call the cops on me even though I was still willing to pay the first lady for the first part of the pedicure. I payed $50 instead of $75. I have come to this place over the last few years multiple times and never have been treated this way until now. I was not disrespectful, but simply explaining that is not good customer service. I was told by Rachel to Never come back, and trust me I will not be returning. Do not go this place unless you want people doing whatever they feel like doing instead of what you're asking for and then be treated poorly because you are respectfully addressing it. read more

I'm not embarrassed to wear there nails because I don't have anywhere fancy to go, but I have seen this places work and I know they could do better. This work is not what I asked for and definitely not worth $65. I asked for tapered square and that's not what I got. I'm also not sure why my artist couldn't spend a few more minutes centering and filling in the heart design. Lastly, they did no cuticle work and no moisturizing. I would normally look over that, but not for $65. At least they are not lumpy and are pretty close to the same length. About 3-4 days after they were done, a tip broke right off while putting my hair up I went in to get it fixed and they charged me $7 , which I feel like the did that cuz I didn't tip last time - but they wanted to over charge me , so instead of $10 extra for a design I was charged $20 - that WAS THE tip . I'm glad I didn't tip her. Avoid that place! I'm torn on this. I relocated last year and was referred by a friend for a pedicure by Annie. I stumbled up on Rachel who does nails and I loved and adored her. I would get my nails done every week and my nails was more important than my feet as a pedicure was a pedicure until I had this experience. I started getting my toes done by whomever was available due to Annie was usually off during the day of the week I had time for my me time. I went & got a pedicure my birthday weekend which is the end of February and I noticed a week later that my skin had started peeling around my toe nail area. I messaged Rachel and brought this to her attention and she told me it was dry skin. I've never in my life had issues with dry skin in my feet so I did roll with it, and I honestly didn't want to go to a podiatrist to pay $80 if it was just dry skin. Fast forward my skin continues to get worse so I did go to the podiatrist and she diagnosed me with a fungal infection better known as ringworm. I communicated this to Rachel and she compared her license to the Dr license and said the dr doesn't know what she us talking about. I'm very upset with this. I've been going to this place paying over $145 each time which was every 2 weeks since this incident up until the beginning of May. I've paid $300 in Dr bill just to find out I have to take Ternabifine for 90 just to get my feet back to normal and they are continuing to do busy as normal and I'm sitting here feeling insecure about infected feet and nails read more

Seems like you have to be a regular there to get great service. As the nail tech was doing my nails the younger techs were rushing her because other clients were waiting. She didn't do the SNS process correct so as a result less than 1 week later my nails are lifting and chipping. Nails are not cheap and it frustrates me when I feel like I've wasted my money. Only gave 2 stars because they were able to see me same day and they were thinner than most dips I've had in the past. read more

The staff was nice and friendly I wanted to try a new salon out so I choose this one. The owner was very nice. I enjoy my experience. It was way more than expensive then I usually pay. I always get gel witch last me at least 3 weeks. One day after my toe nail chips. It's been a week and I have 2 chipped toe nails. I really didn't have the $ to treat myself, but I did anyways. What a disappointment. I guess the manager or whoever he was did them. He went SO fast! It is less than a week later and almost all of my nails are lifting right off! I got them done so they would look good on vacation, and they look worse than before I had them done! Horrible. Disappointing. I am no longer in Florida and won't be back until November, or I would go back and ask for my money back! I went in to this salon for an SNS powder Mani, and a Pedi. The lady that did my nails was efficient, and polite. The other younger girl that handled my pedicure was rude and tried to humiliate me by asking if I use a foot scrubber in the shower and kept acting disgusted by dead skin and and treated me like i was gross. She kept digging under my toe nail with a long sharp object stating that I had a hang nail. I felt like she was stabbing me under my nail. My toenail felt so sensitive after. I kept telling her that it hurt but she just ignored me. That is people get horrible infections! Then she left before finishing my feet and failed to give me the pedicure I requested. I requested an upgrade to the basic pedicure. She treated me like i was begging her for a favor and not like a paying customer. I try not to complain or make a big stink when it comes to my nails so I don't get stereotyped. Thinking back I should have because the nail tech was rude and high key disrespectful. I wasn't too pleased with the lack of care in the service provided to my nails during a polish change on my hands and feet. All of the polish wasn't removed from my nails nor were my nails cut properly. I pointed out the issue with how he cut my toe nails and he made it seem like it was an inconvenience to him to fix his mistake.
