I used to get gel manicures however, I've recently switched to getting dip manicures. Overall, I think the service quality is very good. So glad I found a place I actually like and that's close to my house! I recently moved to the area and visited other nail shops until I came across this place. I knew as soon as I walked in that it would not be my last time going. I was immediately greeted by the super friendly girls at the front desk. I went on a Friday afternoon and to my surprise it wasn't crazy packed and I didn't have to wait long at all for my turn. I forgot the name of the lady who took care of me but she did a very good job on my manicure and pedicure. The Pedi seats are so comfortable I literally dozed off a few times! I also like the way the seats are set up. They are not right next to each other which it feel less cramped. I chipped my nail and had to go back to fix it and was taken care of quickly and with no problem. I'm looking forward to my next visit. When I called to make my very first appointment, the man on the receiving end was friendly and made sure he understood what kind of services I was wanting to come in for. Not even a minute after I set up my appointment, I received a text message with a confirmation. Also, the day before, they send another text with a reminder of your upcoming appointment and time. What? In all of my time coming and going from salon to salon, I have never had this happen. I love that! When you walk in, there is an iPad and desk on your right for you to check in, a wall full of polish/gel to the left with a little seating area. Within minutes, my favorite, Vivian, walks me to "our" station so she can perform her magic. I'm sure all the other ladies are good too, but I'm speaking from experience with her only. She does her job fast and efficient with exactly what I ask for. She does an amazing job and is very particular. Overall, I am so happy to have found this nail salon. They didn't pressure me to make a decision quick and were very patient. They even had me move around to get the best lighting. The prices are great, and nothing too crazy. He was literally exceptional and shaped my nails perfectly. I get anxious in salons because I hate asking for corrections but he was flawless. I would definitely recommend this salon. This was my first visit and I was very impressed. The massage chairs are amazing! It was a late morning visit and they were able to do a gel pedi and sns on my nails. I've been using sns or dip on my nails for a couple of years. I have had a difficult time finding anyone that does an incredible job. Either they are too thick and or they have an uneven look on part of the nail. The struggle with dip is the process you go through making them even. I had a couple spots the drill seemed to get. We made an appointment at 5:30pm. As soon as we arrived, they greeted us, checked us in and had us looking for our polish color. Everyone was so so friendly and kind. They offered us beverages and sat us down right away. My sister got a dip manicure and I had my acrylics refilled. We had different techs but decided to get matching designs. My experience was fantastic. My tech (Vivi) was detailed, meticulous, and overall a joy to spend an hour with. She listened to everything I requested and did a great job making the picture I should her of the design come to life. My sister enjoy her experience as well. I have now been here 4 or 5 times. They are pretty consistent with wait times. I haven't wait more than 10 minutes for a walk-in. It seems as though they have more pedicure technicians than fingernail. Micheal had done my acrylic nails 3 times. He is really good. Angie did my last pedicure there and she was really good as well. Today was the first time I got designs and it looks pretty. She did a great job. Out of all the times I have went only once was I offered a beverage and they don't have wine (insertsadface). That's usually the reason I go to a place but in this case you get points for each visit so I would rather receive rewards for loyalty towards money off. read more

I went in for a mani/pedi and eyebrows and spent $80 for above along with extra for gel to make it last 3 weeks. I was told regular pedi would last 2 weeks (which it normally does anywhere else I've gotten it done). This was for a special occasion, 3 days later in Carolina. By Saturday, the "3 week" gel was already wearing off and my nails showing through. And the pedi? Same thing. VERY DISAPPOINTED! My eyebrows weren't shaped. The nails look raggedy just a few days in, and the owner didn't want to do a partial refund on the mani/pedi - they don't guarantee it will last, even though that is what they push when you're in there to decide what you want. He gave me $20 which is only partial on the extra for the gel that was supposed to last THREE weeks! You be the judge if you want your nails to look like this a few days after spending that kind of money. (AND I was overcharged, because according to him, it should have been several dollars less, so in actuality, he really gave me much less for my trouble. WON'T be back in there! read more

We just moved to the area.. really hoping this was going to be our go to nail salon.. I brought my daughter with me.. I got a pedicure with regular polish and dip nails, my 9 yr old got a gel manicure and pedicure because her nails always chip with regular polish..we paid156$ without tip and $186 with tip. We were able to get a same day appt and a gentleman did my nails and pedi and an older lady did my daughters.. I told her we wanted a flower like a daisy on my daughters nail.. idk what was painted in my daughters nail but it wasn't a flower nvm tho bc she's 9 but then I noticed my daughters nail was all bubbly and I knew it was gonna peel off- it did. I had a feeling that my nails were going to aggravate me bc the guy didn't take the time to buff the dip to keep it from lifting or catching my hair when I'm washing it... the dip indeed is separating from my nail and is getting caught in my hair.. it has been less than a week since we've got our nails done and they are coming off. My pedicure paint is still intact at least. Disappointed in this place with the majority of good reviews. Definitely not worth what we paid. This place was so expensive in comparison to the places I've been to in WA and CA where the cost of living is a lot higher...and the quality.... Just see pics. Last week I left a review about the TREATMENT I received, NOT the service. My daughter made an appointment for my 7 year old earlier today. When I arrived I was told that they are no longer comfortable servicing me because of the review. INSTEAD of addressing the issue they would rather lose a 6 year customer!!!! As much as I loved this place, I am searching for a new salon. I am absolutely hurt and flabbergasted that I was not called ( and they have my number) and that my 7 year old was refused service! I love K's Luxury Nails. Kim is my favorite, she does a fabulous pedicure and a good job on eyebrow waxing. Especially in love with their new Volcano Specialty Pedicure which comes in multiple scents and actually makes the water bubble and that makes the aroma carry and linger turning your pedicure into an amazing aromatherapy session as well. I love this nail salon! I moved to Riverview a few months ago and was looking for a new nail salon. I tried a few around me, but K's has been the best! All their staff is very friendly from the moment you walk in to when you leave. If you call ahead to make an appointment, they're immediately ready for you by the time you arrive. The nail techs call you by your name, ask if you're comfortable and would like something to drink. They turn on the massage chair and allow you to completely relax. I tried their paraffin wax pedicure treatment and it's awesome. It leaves your feet feeling silky smooth. They massage your legs, put some hot towels on them and it feels like such a treat. I also got a gel manicure by the same nail tech and it looks lovely. You can tell they're great at what they do and are very professional. Oh, and during COVID-19 times, they're making sure each customer sanitizes their hands before signing in on their iPad, everyone is required to wear a mask, and as any reputable nail place should have in general, they have great sanitizing procedures for their tools. All in all, great place to get your nails done and the soft spa music completes the spa experience. I'd suggest going on a weekday when it's less busy.
