Oh my goodness. Horrible now experiences. Went in Monday 12-1 got holiday matte dark green finger nails with a Christmas tree on ring finger nails. Went home immediately see chunk's missing on 2 nails and several air bubbles or polish bubbles went in on Tuesday 12-2 for a fix. The person who helped was clearly annoyed and suggested not doing matte top coat well that's what I wanted and have never been told that is an issue in the 20 years of getting my nails done. She then "fixed it" but after another 24 hours a different nail cracked off chunks and bubbles. She also made 2 healthy cuticles bleed and are still very sore and tender. Then after commenting on google was asked to come in to get it fixed. Again the person was not happy and barely did the job almost didn't redo the Christmas tree. This was yesterday Saturday 12-6. Now today 12-7 Christmas trees are smeared across nails and several are uneven and filed horribly. I wanted to make a fix response but unfortunately cannot. Again sorely disappointed and will never return even for a free fix. As you see I follow-up and gave 3 chances for one set of regular gel nails not even hard. Hate to say I was looking for future events that would've required the entire salon and staff but will be taking myself and my clientele elsewhere. First time I went here was almost four years ago with my daughter-in-laws bridal party the day before their wedding. We had a large group and everyone had a pedicure and manicure done. They were ready for us and everyone had a great time! I was so impressed that I permanently changed from my old nail salon to this one because of how well they treated me and our group and the amazing staff that they have! The owners Rena and Jayden are great and very friendly and always adding new things to the salon! I would highly recommend this place! read more

My daughter and I had a very good experience. I read many good reviews on our local Facebook page which helped me to decide to book our appointment at this nail and lash salon. It was busy when we came in, a good sign. They greeted us right away and directed us to sign in at the kiosk on the front desk. After we signed in they offered us something to drink and directed us to pick a color from the many color options that were available. My daughter decided to get acrylics for the first time and had questions about the process and polish. They were very patient, informative and helped her throughout the process of deciding what she wanted. We got pedicures together, it was very relaxing and the ladies did a good job. It got a bit crowded in the seating and polish selection areas. They prefer Venmo and cash tips. Very friendly staff and we love our nails. read more

Very clean, very nice staff. I didn't make an appt but I walked in and they asked me to make an appt for later in the day. I didn't have anything but errands so I made an appt and returned. I just wanted a basic pedicure which said it was $35. It turned out great but when I got to the register my total was $55. Not sure how it jumped. Liked the place but not the price. read more

Overbooked, 25 minutes late for my daughter's appointment and cancelled my appointment after I questioned about starting late. Didn't tell me they secretly cancelled my appointment until after waiting 35 minutes and then asking when they were going to get to my nails. Not even a hint of an apology or acknowledgement of any wrongdoing. Called later in an attempt to resolve but ended the call quickly when Jaydunh began swearing at me. read more

I got my nails done two weeks ago, went on vacation, went to the beach everyday, and traveled back home. Not a single chip, peel, bump, or dent. Grows out no naturally and kept its shine the whole way. Everyone at the lounge was so nice, I forgot who helped me but it was an older man. He did such an amazing job! I've gone here many times, have never had a problem, and customer service is amazing. I reallllly recommend this place to all my friends. read more

I always make an appointment and I ALWAYS end up waiting 20-45 minutes for my service. They often have me sit in a pedicure chair and then completely ignore me until they have someone ready to do my nails. I am asked by several employees whether I have an appointment, and I always answer yes but they still don't make me a priority. I am getting tired of them acting like my time is not important. They never acknowledge that they kept me waiting. I would prefer they do not confirm my appointment if they cannot accommodate at that time and I would very much appreciate an acknowledgment of being made to wait much longer than I should. read more

Don't bother making an appointment. Sat for 30 min after waiting for my appointment. No help.

I was charged full price for a pink and white dip manicure. I didn't receive the manicure part of the appointment. She only put the pink and white on my nails. If I'm going to pay $50+ tip I'd like to have the manicure as well. read more
