Very poor customer service, the tech was rough and unprofessional. It was so unpleasant that I left before the service was completed with bare poorly shaped nails. I have been having my nails done every 4 weeks for the past 20 years and this is the first time I have ever received such horrible service. I was a walk in, and the tech available very obviously was not interested in doing my manicure. I gave them one star because it was the lowest possible they really don't even deserve that. read more

They took forever to take off my acrylics however my nails weren't badly damaged. It took Dung almost two hours to put on a new set of gel acrylics. They turned out perfect, and i would recommend going here and asking for him. read more

My wife was there to get a pedicure, she was treated different than everybody else. The employees were very disrespectful and wouldn't pay any attention to her, she was put in the corner for almost an hour while they were working on other costumers that came after her. She finally asked to be attend for the service she was paying for they told her to wait longer. She couldn't wait anymore due to other responsibilities they told her to pay the full price of the pedicure when it was half done. They yelled her and totally disrespected her, we feel this was race related since we're latinos and the other people wasn't. They treated them very nice offered them drinks and didn't make them wait long to get the service done. She waited almost two hours and didn't even have her pedicure completed. Vety unprofessional , while having nails done she had her 16 yr old daughter ny her side the entire time talking about her personal life an was very rude including dirty looks toward me.. If i was her mother i wouldve excused myself an took her to the bk an told her to shut up!!! My mom and I always go here for pedicures. Deluxe pedicures are $40 and they are worth every penny. They really take their time and make it so relaxing. Always the best polish job also. Went in July, wore a mask because of covid and every thing seemed clean and disinfected. Would highly recommend. read more

I went here to get my acrylics removed. I come here often only sometimes to get them removed. But today the lady went beyond my normal treatment! She put on different "treatments" so that my nails would be healthier and stronger. They normally cut it so that my normal nail growth has been removed but she didn't do that. She simply just removed them without using nail clippers so that my natural nails could be relatively long! I loved it and I'm so pleased with the shape and condition she left them in! read more

I received a gift certificate for USA Nails in Decemeber. I went to use it in May and the male owner said it was no good (of course this was when my pedicure was all done). WHAT?! He said USA Nails was under new ownership and that he could not accept old certificates because he was technically losing money because it was not purchased from him (mine was 5 months old). So I had to pay for something that I actually got as a gift. There should be a sign somewhere stating this because I would've chosen a different place to get my nails done then. read more
