The water basins are lined with replaceable plastic. Screens separate you and the service provider. Everyone wears masks. Service providers wear gloves. Chairs, handles etc are wiped after each use. You are required to wash and scrub hands upon arriving. You also must sign a waiver. I paid in cash which was accepted. Beyond all the safety precautions, the experience was great and felt almost normal. It just was so nice to be pampered a little and my feet look and feel so much better.

She politely asked for her nails to be redone because they were not what she asked for and instead of correcting the set like any decent salon would, the staff argued with her and refused. So she rightfully got up and left. Who wants to pay for something they didn't ask for? But it gets worse. The owner chased my mom outside, recorded her, and called the police over a disagreement about poor-quality nails that she STILL paid for. Yes, paid. And instead of understanding her side, the police sided with the business and handed her a fine and community service. This place doesn't care about customer satisfaction they care about money, control, and intimidation. If you value being treated with respect and decency, don't go here. What happened to my mom was unjust and embarrassing, and no paying customer deserves that kind of treatment.

The owner/male serviced my full gel set and while I valued his conversation, the end result left much to be desired. The polish was not clean. There is nail polish under the nails and the matte overlay polish did not completely cover the nail. In all my years, I have never seen a nail polish so sloppy from a professional. I honestly think it's the quality of work I could have done at home. While they accept all credit cards, there is a $3 up charge for using a credit card. Cash is strongly encouraged.

Imagine our surprise when we found out this so called, "spa" doesn't do pedicures for new clients. We've been hopefully waiting for them to hire a new pedicurist, but the girl answering the phone today said it was doubtful they'd be doing that. Two years ago, we asked for a refund for our gift cards. They won't do that. Get this: This is a "spa" that doesn't do pedicures. It doesn't do facials. It doesn't do massages. Calling Revive a salon and spa, is like calling a restaurant without food - a "restaurant". Oh - what do they do? They do hair (we have our preferred hair stylists) and they do make up and waxing. Definitely not interested in that. They won't refund the money ($135.). It's time Revive changes their name or at least lets people know they aren't a traditional spa. So disappointed in the misrepresentation and the fact that they won't refund us.
